Automatic events 'Triggered' from Dates
REX needs to create some sort of ‘Auto-Alert’ system (separate from a Track) that enables the user to set up automatic events triggered from an event/date.
My previous CRM used to have this and it was AWESOME! You could set up an alert to email you a reminder say 7 days out from the triggered ‘settlement date’ etc. Please see the screen shots attached to give you some ideas as to what one could create “Alerts” on so they didn’t have to take the time to ‘count back’ from dates/events and try to assign some sort of track.
Hopefully REX can come up with something similar as it’s an absolute timesaver having alerts working to/from events/dates without having to count back or think about it –‘set and forget’
