Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Create a Simple Prospecting Call List on Pocket App
Create a prospecting section on the pocket app where you can generate a quick customisable call list while on the go. Have the 'actions' as icons on the contact profile to avoid loading multiple new pages and navigating away from the main prospecting list. The goal is to have an efficient way to communicate with our database contacts in the palm of our hands (simple - user-friendly design).

Improve Sales Progression side of Rex
I have noticed a few things as a sales progressor that i feel need improve and certainly being made easier.
1. When adding split chains having the option to add a branch off and end the chain on one split and not another.
2. Be able to have a different solicitor acting for a client for their sale and their purchase.
3. To be able to add broker details for the rest of the chain if needed not just a branch sale.

Campaign uploads
A simple upload from a spreadsheet of homes that are currently on the market straight into a campaign (ideally shareable between multiple users) that agents can access on pocket when doing doorknocking. Along with this reporting function of how many of the address in the campaign have been reached/amended/MA's booked from/Income from etc

Pipeline feature also under contacts
The pipeline feature looks great but limits usage to only selling property - as agents are increasingly moving towards buyers agency - this should also be copied over as a feature to "contacts"

Include Commercial Leases in the Dashboard
Is there any way we can get Commercial Leases (Rentals) added as a category in the dashboard?
Commercial sales and leases are treated as the same thing by franchisors, so it makes sense to have these included, not excluded.
We run our sales team meetings using the Current Inventory section of the dashboard as our standing agenda. Really good tool to talk through the agent/team pipeline.
Unfortunately, this is not useful for our commercial sales and leasing team as the commercial leases are not an option for some reason. Surely this is easy to add to the Categories section?3 votes -
Have the date field blank when adding an open inspection
Currently, the field defaults to today's date, as it is pre-filled it is easy to go to the next box and not change the date to the correct one which is very frustrating.

Could we add the option to include an "Introducer" in the Commission Estimate section?
We take on quite a lot of business from Introducers, so this would help keep track of that, and would also help us to track just how much commission the company itself is taking away from deals after introducers have been paid.

One click to all property viewings (per property)
On a listing record, it would be great if you could click on the number of viewings and open a new page which lists all of those viewings, even if they're without feedback. To me this is would be a very useful feature when providing a seller with an overview and also if you ever need to send a list of buyer to another agent it is far quicker!

Increase Image Upload Limit
I would like to see a change in the number of images you can upload per listing. Currently its 50, which seems a lot and is usually adequate, however on certain properties (Larger, more appealing, multi million pound homes) I often have more than 50 images I would like to use, but cant. This frustrates me and often the client.

Bulk SMS from pocket so it send from phone rather than marketing credits
It would be good as suggested in other bulk SMS feature requests if this could be done from pocket for OFI and or private viewing attendees or even contacts attached to feedback or a choice of each or all 3. For example to thank them as a bulk for coming to open homes or viewing the property, to text them all an update to property documents, to invite them to an auction or notify them that a property has sold and how much for. Also in doing so that it then will go through our mobile phone even if we…

KPI Target Vs actual Dashboard
Could we have an option to put in Agent's targets ie Listings, Sales, Market Appraisals, Inspections and OFIs in a graph for their target each month vs their actuals. Ideally it Management could enter in their Agents KPI targets and pull reports each month V their actuals. If these graphs could appear on the agents individual dashboard too this would help

Email Merge Templates - Option to merge in the record owners profile picture
When creating an email merge, it would be great if we had a merge field to pull through the profile image for the user that is assigned to the track.

Customisation of Appraisal Calendars to include co-agents and auto populate address in title
It'd be amazing if you could create an appraisal appointment in Rex and have the title automatically include the property address in the meeting invite as well as the contact name that pulls through on the invite.
It'd also be great if you could select the co-agent on a listing to add to the calendar invite as well.

Be able to exclude postcodes/suburbs when setting up a Match Profile
Quite often buyers will tell us what areas they DON'T want to live in and it would be great to be able to exclude postcodes and/or suburbs when setting up a match profile. The alternative is adding EVERY suburb apart from the ones they don't want, which is hugely time consuming.

2 factor authentication
Require 2 factor authentication when signing in from a new device for the first time.
The data contained in REX is extremely sensitive data and in light of all the hacks that have occurred i think it's really important that 2 factor authentication is enabled on all important systems. Otherwise REX is extremely vulnerable to hacking

Link Trust tab to VPA tab select VPA items when paying suppliers, link back to VPA tab to mark item as paid and track overs/unders
when entering VPA supplier invoice payments in Trust Ledger, would be good to be able to select the VPA item as noted on the VPA tab. Then this item ticked as PAID on the VPA schedule and an over / under budget column created showing actual amount paid v amount in budget to track marketing shortfalls / surpluses. Currently using the notes section to write this but would be better to have a summary per VPA item that linked to the Trust tab. Would create a simple, efficient workflow as well
