Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Prospecting: Categorising contacts at OFI (Investor or Owner Occupier)
When you are checking in an attendee for an open inspection, you are able to categorise them via the pocket app. For example Investor or Owner Occupier, or something customisable.

Meta Integration for data
Can we look to integrate data with Meta so we can strategically target our audiences through Facebook and instagram ads without having the third party import this data. This will ensure we can target ads specifically to clients needs and searches

Match alerts - garage only - why not car ports and open spaces?
We need a way where we can amend the garage requirements in match alerts on REX to also have car ports and/or open spaces? See attached.
Often buyers want a car space but not necessary a garage (or are open to both) and if we fill out 'garage' it literally only sends garage properties and not any that have open spaces or a car port, so I feel we are missing buyers because of this.

Could you please make the new HTML Builder available for email merges and tracks
Could you please make the new HTML Builder available for email merges and tracks, so that I can use it for all of our auto responses and tracks. Until then, I am not able to fully get rid of the secondary HTML email builder I pay for, because though your new HTML email builder is good, it hasn't fully integrated with your own system, so it leaves me having to still employ work around. Well done on the new email builder, would love to see it fully integrate.

Not publish listings that don't have a current list date
When you hit publish on a listing, there should be a function that won't allow it to be published if the list date isn't current.

Invoice a contact
Hi, We can only create an invoice against a listing. We really need to be able to create an invoice for a contact. Sometimes we need to invoice buyers for a search fee or some of the companies we work with.
Is this possible please?

Enquiry source against a property
Is it possible to have an enquiry source against a property rather than a contact please?
I'd like to be able to pull a report against properties/listings and their source of enquiry. At the moment it's only possible against a contact.

what is a contact
Hi the 'last contact' feature needs to be changed or a 'filter' added to the reports.
a contact should only be call, meeting, etc... NOT bulk email, bulk sms ...these are not ligitimate contacts and do not help us track who we haven't spoken too.
the alternative is to add a filter of last contact and the agent can select what they want to be counted. I have worked in sales for 30 years and no agent would consider bulk emails, match emails , bulk sms as contacts

Quicker access to offers and viewings - Stream line the basics.
Where the system show the amount of offers, viewings and leads to link into a viewing and offer section to speed up operational time. I feel the system makes you make 3 steps to get to the info when it could be in one.

AI filtering Contacts based on Feedback
The AI filtering is amazing – it would be great if we could simply ask to AI and filter Contacts by feedback - Eg. "show me all of the people who attended six Smith Street open homes in the past four weeks" or "show me all contacts who have a high-level of interest in 6 Smith Street"

When using the 'search' bar, only generate the records that are owned by the logged in user.

Contract Sending/Opening Tracking
It would be great if contract tracking was an option. For example, anyone who was sent a contract, who received a contract and who opened a contract for a particular listing could be searched and a report generated.

E-Brochure Required Info - Tax Band/EPC/Leasehold Rates
The ground rent/service charge/lease remaining information as well as the EPC and actual Tax Band should display somewhere on the E-brochure if entered into the specific sections allocated in the record, whether as part of the Key Details or a separate section, especially with the increased regulations coming into the UK over displaying this information. Currently this has to be duplicated into into the description text to have it appear in the e-brochure.

Rich Text Format template documents
It would be great to be able to use RTF documents as mail merge templates - much easier to create forms etc. using Word rather than the current setup.

Mail Merge to Rental Applications (rental offers) the same as Sales Offers
There needs to be the ability to easily sent offer made/rejected and accepted emails on rental offers. The offers themselves get added into the Applications tab, but that only gives you the option to send the applications to the Landlord.
As these are offers and we have to confirm the offers to the applicant and the landlord (just as with sales), having a mail merge option on each offer would be extremely useful.
