Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.
Remember – no request is too small :)

Show Property Owners under my properties
when I filter properties by record owner ie: me the columns show me as the owner, which I already know. I would like to see the actual owners of the property.

Ability to create a report of ALL listings in a period
We need to be able to create a report for ALL listings in a period (eg. financial year). Currently if a property is Listed AND Sold in the same period (which is pretty much all of them) it doesn't appear so all you are left with is a list of current listings.

Merge listing data into contact module letters
To enable a bulk email or sms to be sent to contacts with a merged property address or date into the body of the text or email.

In building view, order properties & listings in number order (ie: 101, 102, 103 etc)
Currently the properties show in the order they are added to building which makes finding them difficult. Please display them in logical numerical order

Building List View - All Buildings, Number of Properties in Building, Number Listed, Number OAB, Number Appraised
In the list view of buildings, add columns so that you can see total number of Properties in a building, number listed, number appraised, number of OAB boards, Suburb that the building is in

References on VPA Invoices
It would be great if the Rex listing number would automatically generate in the reference field in invoices as there is not an easy way for us to search invoice numbers across all franchises.

Work Orders and Quote Requests
Work Orders and Quote Requests: I would love to be able to raise work orders and quote requests for sales properties, similar to raising invoices. The work order would be an authority document requesting a trades person to carry out maintenance work at a property with relevant contact and billing details.

change the m2 field in the listing reports
Currently the Build Area m2 breaks on a separate line of this report. It should be formatted on one line, the same as the Land m2 field.

Total Attendees on OFI summary in Pocket
At the moment I can see a breakdown of my open home attendees based on feedback level… It would be great to have a total there as well so I don’t have to ad up the different categories of feedback

Region / Timezone over ride for office locations
We have multiple locations across different states/timezones. The Region/Timezone settings could have an override in the “locations” for individual offices.
As there is only one region / timezone setting for an entire account, the integration into outlook for events maybe incorrect for offices in a different timezone.

Automatic Watermark Images
We would like the ability to automatically watermark all images loaded to portals with our custom/office logo. Set up in the backend, with a semi transparent image that meets Domain and REA requirement. A tick box to opt in or opt out would also be good to watermark ALL image or NO images.

Add option to print Track Templates
A feature that allows you to print off the track listing so that you can discuss and then duplicate to create your own that allows it to be suited to your requirements.
Print screen is not a very user-friendly option, as it looks messy & cuts out some of the finer details.

When a lead is allocated to a new Contact, the permissions should be given to that agent to update that Contact.

Rental property 'per night' rate (holiday homes)
It would be great if there was a way of adding a 'per night' rate on the appraisal tab and when you list a property for rent.
We have holiday homes that go per night as well as weekly so would be great if that was possible.0 votes -

Auto fill Contact name when searched & they are not there
Just like when you are adding related contact or Property - you type in the name or Address and if they aren't there you can Add and it auto fills with what you have already typed there to search for... Add this same feature to the main search bar because now when you type in a name, its not there, you add it, you then need to write out that name again... I have older salespeople so the less typing for them the more they will actually use the system. Thanks!
