Welcome Rex Users!

Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!

Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)

How it works:

  • You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
  • You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
  • If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

  1. BACK PRICE SHOULD BE RANGE ORIENTATED

    I feel the back price on a listing in REX should then be a price range of 10% either side - similar to REA. eg Buyer max price is $690,000 but won't match to properties with $700K back price. If a percentage either side of the listings back price was programmed into REX would make matching a more successful operation.

  4. A Choice to publish to e-marketing & printed stocklist separately

    For the publish options on a listing, we would like the manual em-marketing, and print stocklist option seperated for a listing. So we can choose to have it available for e-marketing and not for print option.

    The reason for the two options, is that we have new developments on our listings, and we have listings and information on all of the units, and we will send out information via e-brochures to our clients, depending on which unit they are interested in.

    We do not want to have 35 units, of the same building of new development stock on the printed…

  5. Mass Action 'ADD TRACK'

    I would like to have the ability to Add Tracks as a Mass Action to groups - for example, group all of the contacts who missed out on property - mass action FOLLOW UP 'Missed out' TRACK. All older contacts with no tags or emails - MASS ACTION - Follow up "orphan" data. Being able to group up my contacts and put them on a track for action would be a huge time saver and would enable me to work the system a little more efficiently - especially when you are working from a mixed old and new database.

  7. Deleting multiple leads at a time

    To be able to select multiple leads (spam or response leads) & delete them as this will make it a lot easier sorting through leads

  8. Able to create an Estate in REX and attach listings/properties to it like we do with Buildings

    Just like a building, it would be great to be able to make an Estate. The reasoning for this is, in our agency we deal with a fair few Industrial Estates and we find that if we were to create the Estate as a building, REX won't allow us to attached properties/listings in that Estate because the building(Estate) needs an address. So clearly this is fine for buildings because the only thing that changes is the Suite or level. With an Estate though each address number is different.

    Reporting on Buyer match notifications, being able to adjust the SMS or email notifications by selecting a bulk about and removing the specific notification or adding one

  13. E-Brochure - Enquire Now - Subject to Include Property Address

    The enquire now button on the e-brochure. When clicked creates an email. It would be great if that email included the property address in the title of the email.

  15. Notify the contact owner if their contact enquires on another agents listing in the office not owned by them

    Send a notification/email to the owner of a contact when that contact enquires about another listing or visits an OFI for a listing owned by their office.

  16. More Categories for the Privacy Level of Documents loaded in Rex

    Currently, our office loads all documents in as Private, as we don't need anything available online (NSW based). We often need to send docs to clients, such as Agency Agreements to the vendor or their solicitor. However, as we load in items we don't want anyone other than our office to access (such as the Agency Appraisal), we thought that upping the possible categories of document privacy, especially when training new staff, can help stop the wrong documents being emailed out.

  17. Tool Tips over fields

    When attempting to insert a merge field, the list and options available are daunting. It takes some reconnaissance and mind reading to work out which field I should select. But more confusing is the path to find it. EG see file attached, the last item on the list is jargon, and hard for the uninitiated to understand. Sometimes, as a user, we know what and where in REX the field is that we want to bring into the merge field.   20. Newsletter- in top links clicked, have the heading or propety name instead of link

    When you are looking at newslatter stats, you can see the top links clicked by contacts. Instead of showing the link / URL, it would be best to say the property name or article heading etc.
