Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Change the default date showing in pocket calendar
When opening calendar on pocket, the default date shown is one week in the past. I don't know if this makes sense. I would like to see the current date as default when opening the app.

allow for 2 agents contact details to be added merge letter templates
It is common for 2 agents to be on one listing so you should be able to add 2 agents details to any merge letters relating to that listing

Email Template in Brand Accounts - Sender
We had the below situation occur where a team member sent an email out of a Brand Account, and it ended up with no signature or name being listed. Looks unprofessional (and spam)..
We are hoping REX to build in a feature that if the FROM isn’t selected from the recipients drop down box – then it produces “ERROR/incorrect value” message in red. The same way, that happens when you try to pay out funds from Trust and you are unable to if you have less in the ledger.

Set the open home qr code to add the buyer in as the appropriate/correct agents contact. Rather than selecting the wrong agents contact card
It would be great if the qr code is generated to create and/or add the buyers contact card in as the listing agents contact card. We have multiple agents that use the qr code and have other agents contact card added which results in them not being able to access buyer info

On the listings tab on the dashboard
After you click on a listing on a listings tab list, you can move backwards or forwards through the list on the listings page (see screenshot). However, if you refresh the page them the option to move backwards and forwards goes away. This really needs to be fixed.

Off-line(no data needed) check in
When I was doing the open homes the other week using pocket and Pocket Kiosk as usual, apps had trouble checking in open home visitors. (my phone had data connections. My colleague was also having a same issue as well) If there was "an off-line check in feature" available, it would have been helpful..
When we go to the remote area, this feature would be a good one to have because not always data access is available.

Browser extension to notify of new messages in the inbox
It would be great to have notifications pop up to show that new messages are in the inbox.

Open house contact entry
Is there any reason why a person attending an open house with someone else cannot be added as a related contact at the point of entry in Pocket rather than just as an additional name on the primary contact which is clearly creating bad data?

Listing Authority: Tender for NZ
Have the Listing Authority of Tender available in the drop down for NZ users. We are having more sales of this nature and there need to add that it is for Sale by Tender and the date and time the Tender closes. Other CRMs such as VaultRE cater for this authority type.

Allow lead drop & primary email address field to be sent to portals like Domain, currently it only allows for one to go through there.
Please allow a lead drop and primary email address field to be sent to Domain!!! Why is it that this works for REA and not Domain? Domain have gone to the effort of doing all they can on their end, however Rex keeps reverting the two emails in Domain back to one. I believe this has been an ongoing issue for years, and for that, we are frustrated with the service provided by Rex. In addition to this, I have tried for days to get in contact with Rex Support on this matter, however no one has bothered to contact…

Update for UK market - agency types
Update System for UK market - include relevant agency types
Under the Property Listing page à Key Details à Listing details à Authority (screenshot attached).Current options under authority are: Sole, Multi, Auction, Sale by Tender. They appear to be the terms that you would use in Australia.
Idea is to edit for UK market to the 5 types of agencies that we use i.e. Sole Agency; Sole Selling; Multiple Agency; Joint Sole Agency; Joint Sole Selling.
I tried to edit on my side, but the functionality is blocked (screenshot attached).

Auction date on e-brochure should just show auction start time, not end time
Auction date on e-brochure should just show auction start time only.
It currently shows an end time which is 1 hour away, yet we don't have an option to put an end time for the auction in the events tab.
One hour is too long, the auction starts on the dot - the scheduled time should only be shown.

Snooze leads
Sometimes there can be a long delay from marketing a property to when viewings can start, and leaving the Leads incomplete can mean you're sometimes less aware of new enquiries coming in / just haven't got round to checking the whole list to see if they've been chased.
Leads are a clear indication of pending viewings, so rather than setting a reminder for the dashboard which can sometimes get lost in the masses, it would be great if we can snooze leads for a number of days or a set date as an easy indication of potential viewings to chase

Vendor Report - Improvements
Include additional information into the report for a full overview of the campain for the Vendor:
1. Leads should be noted as enquiries on the property
2. Open house dates conducted so far

Send match alerts and new listing alerts from the Listing Owner and not the Record Owner
We would like the ability to send match alerts/new listing alerts to contacts from the 'Listing owner' and not from the 'Record owner'.
The listing owner is going to be the person building the relationships with the potential buyers e.g. it could be just the office junior who took the buyer enquiry and therefore the record owner is them rather than the Sales Negotiator. Therefore, the listing alert should go from the Sales Negotiator/listing owner.4 votes -
To be able to enter "areas" as opposed to an actual suburb
Can we please be able to click on a location such as north, south, east or went in the Suburbs field rather than only having the option to select a specific suburb. This is for the purpose of marketing, because the suburb cannot be overided and removed from marketing. We sell rent rolls and real estate businesses, so we need an area rather then a specific suburb for the purpose of marketing.

Calendar name shouldn't need to be set and should be automatically set to the calendar owner
Why does a calendar need a name? Can it be automatically set to the calendar owner’s name? It's not possible to edit another one of my staff member's calendar's name from my own account which has admin privileges. I expect my staff member's calendars to just be their name (not some user-inputted name). As the user input name was wrong, I had to update this by logging manually into each account that owned the calendar. I think this is a really bad experience. I expect the calendar name to always just be the same name as the calendar owner. Otherwise…
