Our office uses OAB reports for the sales peoples different areas (not suburb based) to get a snap shot of what is happening, how long properties are on the market, what they are selling for and the movement in price. Having just come over to Rex we are not able to use that feature. I am going to have to do a complicated system of tags and merges to make it happen.

IN REX the function is described in the follow way... but I cannot see how it is meeting the objectives/benefits outlined.

I agree fully!! I have loaded over 600 OAB records and even tho I can 'filter' the properties with the OAB information, this information does not print in the CSV when downloaded.... we would love to be able to clearly see our market share and how this changes every week!

Yes I am keen for this - we can easily track all lost listings, our rentals that get listed with OA etc etc very useful indeed.

Have been trying to create a report exactly like this!! Would be such a great feature!

for sure we also need to be able to print out a signboard count report so the agents don't have to keep using a dodgy bit of paper or spreadsheet

This is an excellent idea - we would love to be able to clearly see our market share and how this changes every week!

An OAB report showing the property address, the other agent, icons showing number of B/Rs, bath, parking, price & date listed/est.expiry date would be great. Would also be good if they could be filtered down to suburb or area so that they could be targeted by agents who have a Focus Marketing Area.

As a new user to Rex it would be excellent to have the report, that way the agents no of the current OAB properties and status's eg price, auction etc etc.

We would very much like to see a report of OAB's which can include our own listings if we decide to. It should allow an opportunity to vary the areas you are after so we can be specific in a report to an appraisal or existing owner of the competition in the market. It should include the ability to show on market and sold properties in a designated time frame.

We need to be able to create reports based on the OAB information entered into Rex to enable us to track the history.
