    Thank you for the suggestion. We agree that vendor reporting as a system has a few areas of potential improvement. We’re looking to try and revisit our approach to vendor reporting in the near future.

    I print out the report (blank) and agents then hand write the comment to be entered to the landlord.

    I personally would prefer to see an automatic function for reports (like a trail)...
