  2. There should be 2 options for Sales Advices to solicitors, 1 with commission and 1 without. Also solicitor references should be available s.

    It should also be able to draw on OAB's as well as our own stock so a full report of everything in different areas and date ranges can be sorted and sent if required. Sale prices, days on market, type of sale would all be useful.
