Hi Cherie,
Our developers thought very highly of your suggestion. It hasn’t been approved just yet (as the developers are still brainstorming possible ways that it could be implemented into the system) but we’re hopeful it will become a future Rex feature at some point down the road. Thanks again for your great idea, and taking an active interest in the development of Rex.An error occurred while saving the comment Natasha supported this idea ·
IN REX the function is described in the follow way... but I cannot see how it is meeting the objectives/benefits outlined.
Introduction to Other Agents Boards (OABs)
Tracking other agents’ boards from the CRM for competitive analysis & win/loss data is only half of the story – that’s why the CRM also includes OAB tracking functionality. Rex lets you track your competitors’ local activity – including ‘for sale’, ‘for lease’, ‘sold’, ‘leased’ and ‘under contract’ statuses.
This data helps paint a true picture – not only of the business you’re missing out on, but also on the business you never even see. You can identify areas your agency might be falling behind on to target – and staff that may be underperforming in their farm areas.
I agree fully!! I have loaded over 600 OAB records and even tho I can 'filter' the properties with the OAB information, this information does not print in the CSV when downloaded.... we would love to be able to clearly see our market share and how this changes every week!
