Highlight contact records owned by you when searching
Highlight/Identify contact records owned by you when completing a contact search.
This is more for admins who can see multiple/duplicate contact records which have different owners (i.e. in closed office).
I often struggle to identify which contact records are my own vs someone else's.
I don't necessarily want to hide other peoples contacts from search, as I do use these from time to time (i.e in relation to a contract), i just want to easily identify which contact records belong to me when searching

Would also be great for the user's contacts to be filtered to the top of the list when searching for a contact, also when using "%" to search as I cannot access my colleagues contact records anyway so it's irrelevant for me to even see them let alone have to scroll through them when searching for one of my contacts. Thanks

When adding a new contact, it will bring up a list of duplicates and ask whether you would still like to add them, however it does not show the record owner of the other contacts. This is an inconvenience because we do not want to add a duplicate so we will click into the contact to see who the record is owned by. If it is not owned by myself or team, we will then re enter the details and click 'add anyway'. It would be handy to have the user icon alongside each record to save having to re-enter the details.

Agree with the past comments. To get around this our clever admin enters the agent initials (in brackets) after the surname when contact is created. Searching the multiple contact entries can be identified by the agent initials.

Yes agree also with this issue when operating a closed system which our office does. It would be great if this could be looked into.

I agree, I believe it would make REX more user friendly if it was easy to identify which contact records belong to me when searching in the search bar in the top right, when entering buyers in the open home section and anywhere else where you're connecting a buyer / owner to a property.

Yes agreed, but it is more frustrating when entering OFI attendee's in a closed office as Admin as when you are in that window it gives you a list of contacts to choose from but you don't know which one is owned by which Agent. On this OFI popup it would be helpful to also show record ownership.
