We loved your suggestion just as much as everyone else did, and so we’ve moved it into the development backlog. We can’t give you an ETA at this time – but we thought we’d let you know it’s in the pipeline. Thanks again for the wonderful suggestion – keep them coming!

When adding a new contact, it will bring up a list of duplicates and ask whether you would still like to add them, however it does not show the record owner of the other contacts. This is an inconvenience because we do not want to add a duplicate so we will click into the contact to see who the record is owned by. If it is not owned by myself or team, we will then re enter the details and click 'add anyway'. It would be handy to have the user icon alongside each record to save having to re-enter the details.
