Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

To be able to enter a created date for listings & contracts so they fall within the monthly reports.
When you print EOM reports if a listing or contract is entered in new month but dated previous month eg: listed 28/8/15 entered 1/9/15
then it will not show in the required months report.3 votes -
Listing Summary Report
A report that can be produced at the end of a Listing (whether sold/leased or withdrawn) showing number of opens, number of people that came through, any price adjustments, sale/rent price etc. This would be handy for future reference to listing similar properties, as a training tool to new agents or just for the licensee to have an overview of activity in the office.

VENDOR REPORT - Automatically generate via a task on a weekly basis
Vendor reports automatically generated weekly on a task list rather than having to go into each listing individually

CMA analysis for OPV
Agents need the ability to create a comparative report in the system that allows them to print a report with the following information..
- Property Address
- Sold Price
- Unconditional Date
- Release Date (if available)
- Agent Lister/Seller infoThe report would need to allow the sort in sold price order, specify a date range (based on unconditional date)
It would also be handy to allow a more detailed report also that the agents can give to people that contacts the property photo, icons and small description, again with the search criteria.

Listing expiry date on KPI report
The recent update whereby Rex auto calculates the expiry date of a listing is great. The 'Listings expiring within 30 days' section of the KPI report would be so much better if that also showed the actual expiry date rather than days left until expiry. I'd also like it to keep 'expired' listings on that list until they are re-listed/updated in Rex rather than them dropping off once they go past the expiry date. If for some reason an agency is not re-listed before the expiry date, it can easily be overlooked when it no longer appears on this report.

FINANCIAL - VPA report by property
Rather than pulling up a report of what has been booked and what is yet to be booked and it appearing by the product type we need to be able to pull up a report that details it by property showing exactly what has been booked and yet to be booked per property.

STOCKLIST - Internal Stocklist should have all phone numbers/emails
Internal stock list should show all contact numbers and emails for the vendor.

VENDOR REPORT - Should be able to duplicate and edit like brochures
It would be ideal to have the opportunity to recreate the vendor report in the same way you can duplicate and edit brochures. It gives every agency the opportunity to create the report to their own requirements.

STOCKLIST - Additional information required
Would like to see the following info added to the listing reports:-
Building name so that the reports can be printed in building order
Building managers details
Internal and external size of property
Bodycorporate and rates
Rent and potential rent
We presently prepare a listing sheet manually on a spreadsheet with these details that the agents take to open inspections. Would be a great help to have this info ready to print without the need for manual entry.9 votes -

STOCKLIST - Better sorting capabilities
I note that others have suggested that stocklists need to be sorted in a way that makes it easier for customers to find what they are looking for.
Example
Most agencies have rental stocklists for people to collect and take with them.
Our stocklists are still created manually because of the inability to sort easily. They are sorted in the following way
Available Now
Post Code (locally known areas - Northside or Southside or Gracemere)
Then by price in category of
House
Units ETC
Other - Farms or acreageComing Soon

Edit 'Listing Details' Report
I'd like to be able to manage the details within the 'Listing Details' Report as we place these on the front of our listing folders

Ability to create a report of ALL listings in a period
We need to be able to create a report for ALL listings in a period (eg. financial year). Currently if a property is Listed AND Sold in the same period (which is pretty much all of them) it doesn't appear so all you are left with is a list of current listings.

change the m2 field in the listing reports
Currently the Build Area m2 breaks on a separate line of this report. It should be formatted on one line, the same as the Land m2 field.
