Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.
Remember – no request is too small :)

Add functionality for adding an appraisal source
An extra drop down box for the appraisal source when entering an appraisal so the office can track where the appraisals are coming from.
Is very handy for offices that pay for marketing and need to be able to track the effectiveness of their campaigns.

It hasn’t been approved for development just yet (they’re still brainstorming ways it could be implemented) but we’re all very hopeful it will become a fully-fledged Rex feature in the future. Customisable reasons for Archived Appraisals
Requesting the ability to create your own archive reasons for appraisals. This way, agencies can create archive reasons to suit their needs.

My Appraisal Page - Highly Inefficient
My Appraisal - Highly Inefficient
My appraisal page needs the ability to add columns. So when we are touching base with past appraisals, we can easily identify the property (already added), but add the contact name, contact details, email, appraisal low range, appraisal high range. As such, when we are re-visiting clients we have already appraised, we can have all this stored information on one page versus having to click on the property, click on the contact, make the call and then go back to the original page and start all again.

Properties Appraised to have appraised under them so its visable from contact section. More visability.
I think it would be great to see what properties you have appraised for a contact without opening the properties. Wondering if you can just add Appraised under any property appraised for that contact?

Mass action to change Appraisal Agent
Allow the ability to change an Appraisal Agent as a mass action.

Appraisals/OAB accessed by manual buyer matching
As most agents know there can be many sales made by simply matching a good buyer with an appraised but not yet listed property.
It is currently possible to run a reverse match from an appraisal, but not the other way around hence this suggestion.
This could only work with a manual match, not automatic matches.
There would need to be a few simple fields to include when requesting this such as how old an appraisal to include etc but should be very straight forward.
Going one step further to allow access to ALL properties within rex that actually have…5 votes -
Search Appraisals by date
On the default My Appraisal's page, it would be great to have a column viewable as DATE APPRAISED, or have the DATE CREATED as the date it was appraised rather than the date the property was created. I know there is some functionality through the advanced filters to search by date of appraisal.
Appraisals are one of the key functionalities that we work with, and we need quick easy access to all the key information - and one of these is knowing easily when the property was appraised and being able to search around it with ease.

OAB's - a report that calculates the number of days on the market to use for target marketing purposes.
I currently use the days OABs have been on the market to send out different marketing material (dependent on how long they have been on the market)
I use an excel formula/spreadsheet to do this....it would be great if you could incorporate this into a report, so you don't have to export and then work out the dates.4 votes -
Report detailing source of appraisals
It would be great if you could have an advanced filter to create a report detailing the source of appraisals and the source of buyer enquiries.

Landlord or Seller Enquiry
Rather than simply book a Reminder, the system needs to register an enquiry with consistent data points that all staff can consistently follow. This is because a great initial contact engagement will assist conversion of the appraisal. Key questions that need to be in this Enquiry template :-
1. Why/who directed them their contact to us(Lead source-already mentioned).2. Why are they looking at selling.3. Where are they off to(may be interested in our stock)4. deleted user appraisal
Currently when a user is deleted, their name is also deleted from an appraisal so that once an agent is deleted, if we find an appraisal that they have previously done we can not see who has actually done it. The name is blank. When an agent is deleted, we should still be able to see the agent's name on the appraisal the same as we can see that agent's name on the ownership of the record.

When going through OABS, it would be great to use the Filter to select More then/less than, days since seen/first listed. rather than a specific date.Eg. OABS, More than, 90 days

Add Available Date Field Into Rental OAB
Most of the rental listings advertised by other agents have available dates which is an important piece of data that is required to comprehensively track other agents rental boards and should be included as a data field in the Rental OAB section.

Edit Appraisal field to have significantly more fields & be available in pocket to use on-site
To have significantly more fields available (e.g. comparative recent sales listing on the market at the time of the appraisal, agency type, if other agents have been invited to appraise the listing, current market conditions and market demand, seasonal factors, economic factors, recent valuations, vendor's requirements/circumstances, timeline, quotes commission (%), marketing required, etc.) so that you may enter all the information required by legislation in Rex, rather than completing an external/third party form and uploading it against the property into Rex. My Appraisals Pipeline
My Appraisals Pipeline - PENDING Appraisals Column. You can't always get immediate access from tenants so having a column for appraisals you haven't completed yet, will help to not have uncompleted appraisals fall through the cracks and get forgotten.

Other Agents Board needs an Auction category
When entering OABs we need to have a category for Auction and somewhere to put the auction date so the property can be monitored

reverse match tags
Currently when performing a Reverse Buyer Match the only 2 options are: Price only, or Full. I want to be able to select to only match with buyers whose Match Profile contains a specific Tag.
This will create a far more accurate list excluding people who can afford the property but for whom it wouldn't suit, and only showing buyers who are specifically looking for that type of property.

Add time of appraisal & sync to calendar
Would be nice to have a time field when adding a new appraisal which then syncs to your Ourlook calendar and also sends an invite to the Vendor with a message along the lines of "look forward to seeing you".
