Ability to add additional options to the withdraw reason field. This will allow for greater insight and reporting on why a listing is being withdrawn as well as track any agent patterns and identify skill gaps (vendor management vs buyer depth). Either have the ability to add custom options to the field as an admin user or have the additional options added as standard in REX.

Currently there are 4 options as well as other. I would suggest the following as additional options to be added to the list:

• Dissatisfied with service delivery
• Result could not be achieved
• Decided to hold onto the property
• Property sold off market privately
• Property transferred to another agency
• Sold or leased by another agency
• Difficult client
