Regarding Vendor Reports
Our agents have explained that it is very important to them for their vendor meetings to have the “number of enquiries” on the report, but also frustrating and time-consuming to remove the enquiry “feedback” list from the report if they don't want to include an additional 5 pages of buyer enquiry comments.
At the moment, unticking the "include enquiry feedback" box doesn't seem to even change or do anything to the vendor report.
It just seems odd that our only options are to either exclude or include both enquiries and their feedback all together, rather than being able to separate them so we can have a number of enquiries count on the report without all the extra noise.
