Welcome Rex Users!
Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.
Remember – no request is too small :)

Checkbox in Rex for Feature Listing on Siteloft Website Homepage
It would be useful if there was a checkbox in the listing to push across to our Siteloft developed website for listings to be featured on our Home page.
Instead of this laborious process:

Clearer OFI Attendee Information
Could the number of those which have requested and been sent a Contract (out of all which have attended) be displayed with the numbers as above. So now the display for me on Sunday would be 11/31/8 which would tell me that 11 groups attended on Sunday, total attendances: 31 and, of the 31, 8 have taken a Contract. And could the people that have taken a contract, have a flag or some sort of recognition next to their name.

Select the relevant email on a contact with multiple emails
Particularly with Company contacts it would be great to be able to select which email linked to the contact you'd like to merge an email to.

Have your Outlook email account linked with REX to make it a one stop shop

It would be great if agenda items were added to the calendar.
If all the agenda items were automatically added to the calendar function it would be a lot more streamlined. As an admin, I put a lot of our agents listings on to different tracks. Our agents check their calendar religiously, but aren't so great at checking their agenda daily too.

Visual Farm Area contact database/market share
I have come from an agency that used Agentbox. It had this wonderful feature that I could look at my farm area as a map and the properties I had contacts details for were green and the ones I didn't in red. It allowed you the opportunity to visually see your area and the market share you had, this would be great if REX had something like this.

Remove Duplicate Contact Records as a Result of Enquires with Multiple Agents
When a lead/enquiry comes through for a listing that has two agents, we can see that it goes to both agents. However the person who has enquired, their contact record gets created twice, one for each agent. Instead of going in each time this happens to duplicate the record it would be good if REX could somehow recognise this and only create the one record for that contact.

Separate User Templates
In our open office environment we have access to each others templates. It would work better for us all if we only had access to our own templates. It would prevent overwriting the templates that we have specifically set for a particular task.

Export Events .CVS
Hi,
It would be great to be able to export the listing events as CVS files. At the moment we can only get HTML and PDF files, which aren't ideal to quickly formate the data after export.
We're specifically using this for open home times.

Drag and Move Email/Letter Merge Positions

haveing the option to create a vendor preview link of the property to approve before publishing the listing online
Our old CRM had the ability to generate a link for each of the listings that were interactive - showing a preview of the properties where they could look through the photos, floor plans, videos and read over the copy. a representation of how the property would look online before it was published. It was a great way to get approval before we put them online.

When setting an appointment Rex only allows to attach one User. Here, we have many appointments where more than one staff member attends. We would like to please request the ability to attach two or more Users to an appointment so our mobile calendars show all agents attending the appropriate appointments, and provides each user with location.3 votes -
Match profiles - allow selection of listings that get emailed via Pocket
Currently if you create a match profile for a contact in Pocket and process the match, you can only email all listings in the search results. Would be good if you could select which listings you can email through Pocket as sometimes we dont want to send every one of those listings in the match results.

Push date through with Zapier
Currently you can push through leads/contact/properties/notes that are created or modules that are updated to Zapier, however there is no option to include the change/add date with this data.

Ability to add custom note types to all note taking across all modules.

Viewing Management & Notification engine
Book a viewing via the calendar.
Enable confirmations to vendor & applicant.
Include a link to a web page in each confirmation (unique confirmation templates) templates where the vendor & applicant can confirm, cancel or amend (for review) the appointment time.
Once the client has updated the event booking web page, the event is updated in Rex and the relevant agent user(s) are notified.
Add a new list to "Other Lists" where users can see an overview of viewing model events and filter. For example, IF event type viewing IS not confirmed.

Improve the UX around vendor feedback reports
When generating a report, the contact interest level is repeated when multiple contact records are assigned to a viewing.
In addition, it's not clear to the vendor what "Cold", "Warm" or "Hot" means when reading the report.
