There should be 2 options for Sales Advices to solicitors, 1 with commission and 1 without ie. vendors solicitor and purchasers. Also personal solicitor references should be available so it can be addressed to an individual and not just the company.eg. Andrew Thomas, Thomas & Co solicitors blah blah

I would also add the option for the vendors Solicitor Sales Advice not to include any purchasers contact details. The reason for this is we often send the client/vendor a copy of the Sales Advice and we do not want to include contact details.
