Better OFI Feedback Capabilities
It would be a great idea if we could have ‘parent’ OFI inspections where you have an ‘OFI' which was conducted on a certain day at a certain time and then you could add OFI attendees with separate feedback under the parent OFI.
This would keep the OFI together as one however it would allow you to have the other contact records feedback separate from one another.

The recent changes go a long way to addressing this, which is great - but the frustrating thing is that the phone number doesn't come up when you are adding the individual feedback, which makes it impractical. It would be great if a phone number/email address came up when you are adding the individual feedback from the OFI (as right now there is a lot of clicking back and forth!)

Just as long as you can add an Enquiry source to each person as to how they got there. This way we can go back to the owner when we are out of marketing and say where we got the most interest from and push for more marketing on that particular item.

It would also be beneficial if when you click on a contact in the stream who is linked to an OFI time that it prepopulates the feedback section with the time of inspection to reflect the OFI time

Strongly support the suggestion above. Only in this way can we give our Vendor clients the best possible feedback in order to help achieve a successful result in the shortest possible time frame. This is a system that we have used for many years and we give firm support for this idea. The Vendor needs to be able to see clearly the person who inspected's name and feedback. Feedback loses any quality when it's all lumped in one paragraph and seems as though the agent made up the feedback. Entering the OFI time and date repeatedly is also extremely old school!

Feedback could be linked back to a client with a tagging system (or hashtag).
This would also alleviate the problem that occurs when you put feedback on a client's card but you want to link it back to the property from there.

Hi guys. Unfortunately your solution does not resolve the issue. If we go to feedback it does not allow us to add feedback linked to a client for the report without adding another enquiry, inspection...
If we go to the property and go to feedback the only option is agent vendor. This does not link a client name to the feedback so that the seller can see what happened with each buyer individually inspecting the home.
