Be able to "pin" a note to the top of the stream
We occasionally have a note that we need to be able to be viewed throughout the term of the listing (and not scroll down the stream). This might be a note that the owner is staying in the property for a few days, or holiday bookings which need to be honoured as a condition of the sale (for example). But once it scrolls right down the feed, no one sees it.

Hi there,
A suggestion. Can you create a block where general information can be stored for a buyer, seller or property. This can stay on the front page always. At present i place general notes individually but when there are a few they get lost in the list moving off the front page.
An example is : they are looking for a property on the water.

One option would be to create a note that could be pinned to the top. I created an additional tab for family info where I can record names for pets, children or other important info which is a good memory jogger when making calls.

Our developers thought very highly of your suggestion. It hasn’t been approved just yet (as the developers are still brainstorming possible ways that it could be implemented into the system) but we’re hopeful it will become a future Rex feature at some point down the road. Thanks again for your great idea, and taking an active interest in the development of Rex.

A "sticky" post/note feature would be unreal. Any update on this guys? We've run into a few situations recently which would've been resolved/avoided with this feature. Let's do it!

Could we have a quick description/notes section added to the contact the same as there is for properties. I know that there is a notes section but especially for buyers when they receive many emails, the notes are pushed further back and are harder to find.
The section would be used as a quick reference for the reps to use before contacting clients with information relevant to their needs.

It would be great to be able to have one or more notes in the stream section of a contact/property/listing etc that you can pin to the top of the history.
