    I'm not sure if I'm thinking exactly what Malcolm is thinking but when I'm doing my tele off a filtered list, updating contact details (adding a note, phone number, email address) my main gripe is having to open another window for the attached contact instead of being able to do that within the same screen. Secondary phone numbers are not visible with the flyout either. I'd love to have an editable 'Current owner' table with their contact details pulled in which could sit above or below the 'Key Details | More Info | ...' table.
