we need to be able to search a clients contact details, and also property details. I would like it to be accessed on the one screen, without having to scroll all over the place, as I do now. so frustrating!!!

Would really love for customers to fill in their details while at open homes or private inspections so that we can get them to enter their enquiry source, price indication and interest level with their feedback which later we can approve for vendors report. Homepass isnt quite what we are looking for now Rex has updated and has the option to put in a persons enquiry source as to how they got to that open home and their price feedback etc. homepass can not do this and we have issues with homepass as to loosing contacts.

At our office we all use apple products and like most agents we work remotely - OUT OF THE OFFICE or AT HOME

When listing new properties on my iPad the only feature that I find doesn't work is uploading photos so we need to go back to the office to complete the listing. It now has become very annoying that with todays technology that an app hasn't been developed for mobile devices by Rex
Am I the only one who cant get it to work on an IPad ???

Tracks. So when you 20 minutes to kill between appointments you can punch out some calls

I can not load images to the system with my Apple products. Can go thru all the listing procedure but up loading the houses pictures doesn't work. The tag to upload pictures doesn't highlight up to continue
Can this please be fixed as most agents work remotely with iPads

What about an app ?

Access to contacts and the ability to call/email from the contact screen.
Access to listings/properties
Access to leads and the ability to process these
Access to Price Finder through the listing.

The ability to quickly enter basic match criteria about a property you are appraising (right there in their home) and do a reverse match which shows buyers in the system, just their name and what they are looking for maybe a short note, to show potential vendors the buyers you can contact in about 20 Sec should they list their home with you.
Once a property listed it would also be great to be able to reverse match from your phone and send those buyers an MMS and description with viewing times direct from my own phone plan as most people have unlimited text plans

To enter Open Home attendees and private inspections - unfortunately Homepass just creates double up of entering. We really want to be able to provide an Enquiry source for how the people got to the open house or where they seen it to ring for a private inspection. It should be very simple for customers to fill in. Like Homepass kiosk however ability to enter an email address and enquiry source and price feedback. Then they can add to the feedback if they want and tick for Reporting to owner so our vendor reports look good.

The ability to action leads while on the go. Currently you cannot enter any contact details or information as the whole screen is taken up by the keyboard. Its really un-usable. Having to wait until you are in front of a laptop or desktop to action leads as they come through is just not acceptable in this day and age. It is also difficult to view or update custom tabs.

-Make it easy to add contacts against a listing at open homes - so no confidential info is shown on the screen entering contacts at an open
-Email brochures/documents to a contact
-Appraisals info which you could attached documentation to such as appraisal booklet, pricing sheet
Add Reminders/Tracks to contacts or property

For the ability to add notes, register if an offer has been made and be able to send a contract

Rockend have developed an app for REST professional (the property management software) that works very well with simple presentation. Key things that we use a lot that would work well in a simlar way for Rex are:
- Access to basic contact details like address (which takes you to the map function when you click on it), email address (with functionality behind to send an email on the move), mobile (with call and SMS option) and other phone numbers
- see recent notes related to this contact

Keep it simple like this for a starter. Homepass provides the ability to add feedback and the contacts and listing information there works well so no point in duplicating it. Would be good to be able to get in touch with the contact database while on the move.

Register open home attendees and add their comments/feedback. If you go to YouTube and enter iPad - downloading the LockedOn app for your iPad 2 you can watch an old video of what LockedOn have which will tell you what I would like to see. Their app has been updated since then but you will get the idea. You can go back and add feedback later. The app will tell you how many are awaiting feedback. When you sink the info is then in your data base ready to go. Have used LockedOn in a trial but prefer Rex.

- Clear easy access to view all listing info including vendor details with the ability click and call from the mobile device.

- Access to view custom tabs info which we currently use to hold listing inspection info i.e. tenants / occupant details together with other property info.

- The ability to ad / update info from the device would also be very useful on the road.

- The ability to send documents / links /emails to clients stored in the 'documents' tab - i.e Sec32, plans etc. from the device.

- An 'off-line' version is also a great idea with the ability to sync once connected back onto wifi.

Adding contacts and just general access to them eg phone numbers emails and properties for marketing info for home opens notes and reminders the ability to add tags, mail list and tracks and access to documents

I think this would be a fabulous idea

-- To make it easy to add contacts against a listing at open homes aka Homepass

-- to find contacts and add notes/appointments and merge email/txt contacts easily

-- to bulk merge txt open home attendees and personalise

For me, specifically, to use a tablet or phone;
1. Easy access to current listings and owners details to call them
2. An easier layout for reminder step through, with a call button on each individual page OR make the phone number clickable, so no need to copy and paste number etc.
3. An easy update page, so that after we call a person on the reminder step through, we can add a next contact date, add information on the current call/what was spoken about.

Those 3 for now would go a long way. Hope this is detailed enough and makes sense?
