    This annoys me so much - we should be able to reprint an email we send, or a letter. It is painful to have to go into the client and then prepare another letter if the first one does not print out correctly etc. When will this be fixed please?

  5. The ability to pick up the number of internet hits/watchers/enquiry's on the portals and feed these through to the report.

    At least can we have the amount of hits on our own website to be able to discuss with our vendors? It seems such a simple feature that I am very surprised we cannot have access to?
