Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.
Remember – no request is too small :)

Not publish listings that don't have a current list date
When you hit publish on a listing, there should be a function that won't allow it to be published if the list date isn't current.

Ability to set the GST default of choice to the "Key Details" section of Leasing List - all of our listings are "plus GST"
Ability to choose GST default to Leasing List as ALL are "plus GST" but the default is "inc GST" thank you

Attached a tenant to a property listing so that they are included in the viewing confirmation emails.
Fairly simply, if we're organising a viewing for a property with a tenant in residence there is no automated way to send them a confirmation email as we would if the owner was in occupation.

Have 2 agents for OFI (to sync with two calendars)
Need the ability to add two agents to OFI's to ensure that it is synchronised with the two calendars

Improve Phone Number Entry for Open Home Attendees in Pocket
When entering a phone number for open home attendees in the mobile app, the keypad is too small. It would be much easier if we could use a larger keypad, like the one used for dialing a phone number. This would make entering phone numbers quicker and more accurate.

Increase Image Upload Limit
I would like to see a change in the number of images you can upload per listing. Currently its 50, which seems a lot and is usually adequate, however on certain properties (Larger, more appealing, multi million pound homes) I often have more than 50 images I would like to use, but cant. This frustrates me and often the client.

One click to all property viewings (per property)
On a listing record, it would be great if you could click on the number of viewings and open a new page which lists all of those viewings, even if they're without feedback. To me this is would be a very useful feature when providing a seller with an overview and also if you ever need to send a list of buyer to another agent it is far quicker!

Have the date field blank when adding an open inspection
Currently, the field defaults to today's date, as it is pre-filled it is easy to go to the next box and not change the date to the correct one which is very frustrating.

Listing Authority: Tender for NZ
Have the Listing Authority of Tender available in the drop down for NZ users. We are having more sales of this nature and there need to add that it is for Sale by Tender and the date and time the Tender closes. Other CRMs such as VaultRE cater for this authority type.

notes agenda
No NOTE appears on the Pocket Agenda if an SMS is sent via Rex.
It only appears if sent via phone.
It appears in Stream as SMS.
So some open home attendees on the agenda say they've received an SMS and some don't (depending on the method of sending).
If I put them into Pocket I would send from phone, but if my assistant puts them into Pocket then we don't want the SMS to go from her phone as I cannot track this.

Mass Action - add Features and Views Lists
Currently, adding a 'Feature" or a 'View' to a property or a listing from the list of options requires a single click per selection, which the screen then returns to its normal position, awaiting the next selection. This process wastes too much valuable time.
A check box next to each item with a final 'confirm' tab at the end would allow the user to quickly make multiple selections from the drop-down list in one go.3 votes -
Force Fully Available option
It would be good to have an option to continue to market a property once a sale is agreed or to put a property back on the market if a sale is stalling.

Auto Communicate Open Homes to persons who have shown interest
We would like to see EVENT (open homes) automatically communicated to contacts that have expressed interest in a vacant 'For Lease' property. This could also be applicable to For Sale events.

On the listings tab on the dashboard
After you click on a listing on a listings tab list, you can move backwards or forwards through the list on the listings page (see screenshot). However, if you refresh the page them the option to move backwards and forwards goes away. This really needs to be fixed.

Add "Continuing" to Expiry input area of the listing.

***Add "Continuing" as an option rather than having to leave blank.Pros: Reporting on active listings shows listings missing an expiry date. This would help us to avoid missing end dates of expiries that weren't entered and wasting time looking to make sure we do have a current authority to act.

Commercial Sub Categories and Termionology
Under the Commercial Sub Categoriesone of the headings is Commercial Farming??? We dont use this in NZ but Im assumign its realted to Agriculture related commercial buildings.
Would be good to have another few categories added:
1. Commercial
2 Mixed Use - Commercial
3. Mixed Use- Industrial
4 Commercial / Industrial yardAlso would be great if Commercial Terminology was used within the commercial parts of the system - ie Lease Cost not Rent etc

Add Drop Down List Option to 'Venue' Field Under 'Events' tab
Could you please add a drop down list option to the 'Venue' field under the 'Events' tab. We have a short list of venues we use for all of our auctions (including the option of "On-site") and would prefer to be able to select from a pre-determined list, rather than have to manually type the venue each time.

Reminders to automatically generate once a settlement date has been entered under Legal tab
That a reminder automatically generates for the day of, once a settlement date has been entered under Legal tab. We would like this reminder to be set against all listing agents for the relevant listing, plus the person entering the settlement date.

Add 3 new items under Feedback Type: Contract Holder, Strata Report & Building & Pest Report
Can we please request to add three (3) new items under ‘Feedback Type’ in Listings. That is:
• Contract Holder
• Strata Report
• Building & Pest ReportWe feel that this is a very important form of ‘Feedback’ from our clients and should be noted formally in that section, so that it may also appear in our vendor reports and would be easily searched when coming closer to auction to know who is critical to contact.
