Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Sales person Activity Reports- calls, emails, tasks
Ability to run reports on activities completed by listing and for appraisals and for contacts- calls, emails, tasks completed
Used to help track activity levels.
Could also incorporate targets that the agent and manager can set and then review weekly and monthly progress.15 votes -
VENDOR REPORT - Marketing and promotional activities should be included in the report
I would like my vendors to be able to see on the Vendor Report where and when their property has been advertised eg. newspapers, websites, letterbox drops, email newsletter, Facebook etc..
For instance, the date it appeared in the newspaper, which newspaper it was in and the size of the ad.
For websites, which portals it was on, whether it was a standard or feature listing and if featured when that expires.
For Facebook, when it was posted, and if it was a paid/ boosted Facebook ad the details of that.
When it appeared in our newsletter.

Making the Pocket Agenda customizable
When we print off the pocket agenda it shows the contact name and number only - there should be a way we can show the relative property, the current track assigned to that contact, etc. There should be an area we can select what to show and what not to show.

VENDOR REPORT - 'Follow Up' to be counted as a phone call
I love the new vendor reports. I think that when we enter "follow up" it should appear as a phone call in the vendor report.

Printing Different Reports
It would be good to be able to print different reports for the different portals we advertise in.
I work for a real estate company, I put up advertisements on 5 different portals via REX, will be 6 shortly however I can only print one report for all listings.
We are going to start advertising in China on the Juwai portal.
When we want to send a listing to the Chinese investors, we only want a report on the Juwai and TPSS portals, pricing is different and clientele is different.
The other report needs to go to the local public…

VENDOR REPORT - Sort by ascending or descending dates
Currently the Vendor Report lists from oldest entry to newest entry - I would like the ability to keep the newest entry at the top so that fresh information is first. (I realise some Agents only report a week at a time, however if I am doing an auction or deadline campaign over 3 or 4 weeks I like to keep the FULL feedback in front of the Vendor and update for second and subsequent viewings so they have the complete picture.

STOCKLIST - More information required on Public Listing Reports
We are missing the following features when printing out our public listing reports:
*inclusion of QR codes
*ability to include a header and footer
*display bed/bath/car spaces with icons under images2 votes -
OFI LIST - Order alphabetically by suburb
OFI lists are best created in alphabetical order by suburb. Our receptionists find it difficult to have people holding on a call to filter through 2-3 pages of property addresses to advise the open times. Having the OFI report in alphabetical order by suburb would assist our administration staff greatly in being able to answer questions quickly and efficiently. The current reports work great for sales staff but not as practical for other situations, for the above reasons.

Report for Settled In Period
We would like a report in the Franchise Centre that will show every listing that has been marked with settled within a time period.

Activity Reports
Could the vendors email address and price be put on these as it would save time looking them up and price is a moving target so it confirms where price is at.

Auction Reports and Listing Stock Reports - More filter options
We would like the Events List to filter by the event date in ascending order. This way we will be able to see easily which properties have events coming up. We would like it to only come up with Auctions/Set Date of Sale.
Listing Stock Reports - we would like a filter on this so that it will order by Listing Agent so that we can run 1 report for our office.12 votes -

Task based KPI report
In order to measure Salespeople’s activity is it possible to create a management report that allows us to filter by ‘Salesperson’ & ’ date range’ and will display ‘contact name’ & ‘activity recorded (reminders, appointments etc)’ by rep. This would be a very useful tool for management to assess Contact activity generated by Salespeople within a given time frame.

STOCKLIST - Print by Category
To be able to print a stock list by category - so when i print our guide all the land is together in price order, houses etc
Print listings stock sheets in a group ie units, houses, land.
This will make it easier for buyers looking for a particular product instead of having land mixed in with houses.5 votes -
When creating a 'Sold' list of properties from the listings tab, can we add the asking price and sold price to the report?
This will show our potential clients the recent sales we have made along with the asking price and sold price. This helps generate our competency.

Thanks for the suggestion – we’re not entirely sure what you mean by creating a “Sold” list of properties however.
Are you exporting or producing some other kind of report? If you could provide some clarification both for us and for other users who might want to vote on this feature, that would be great.

To be able to enter a created date for listings & contracts so they fall within the monthly reports.
When you print EOM reports if a listing or contract is entered in new month but dated previous month eg: listed 28/8/15 entered 1/9/15
then it will not show in the required months report.3 votes -
OFI LIST - OFIs to show even if listing is in draft mode
when properties are entered into rex and waiting for photos etc we still need to add them to the open for inspection list so that the scheduling of opens is made easier. We have almost double booked agents for opens because unpublished properties dont appear on the list.

STOCKLIST - Sort by Auction Time
It would be great to be able to sort Auction Stocklists by Auction Date, this will help identify upcoming Auctions.

VENDOR REPORT - Comment section
I can see that there is a comments box to free write some text which then appears above the photo when you generate the pdf report.
If you then want to go back to the property, make a change and re-generate the pdf, it doesn't retain the free text from before. That's fine, and you can always copy and paste the text if you remember to.
Can we instead have somewhere within the property details where you could add some text which would then pull through to the report each time?27 votesThank you for the suggestion. We agree that vendor reporting as a system has a few areas of potential improvement. We’re looking to try and revisit our approach to vendor reporting in the near future.

Listing Summary Report
A report that can be produced at the end of a Listing (whether sold/leased or withdrawn) showing number of opens, number of people that came through, any price adjustments, sale/rent price etc. This would be handy for future reference to listing similar properties, as a training tool to new agents or just for the licensee to have an overview of activity in the office.
