Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.
Remember – no request is too small :)

Create permissions on the Marketing Tab so not all users can edit
Our marketing team is responsible for producing the marketing copy. With a large Sales & Property Management team, we would like to reduce the likelihood of any changes being made to the copy.
We would like a feature that would enable a read-only function for the Marketing tab.

Stocklists
Can we please have the ability to print internal stocklists that include listings that have not yet been published.

Investment category
I would like a sub-category of 'Investment' or a checkbox for 'Tenanted' property so that it appears on commercialrealestate.com.au under the investment search.

Option to make the sold price not disclosed.
When marking a property as sold there should be an option to mark the sold price as not disclosed for those who do not wish to share this information with the public.

Have 2 agents for OFI (to sync with two calendars)
Need the ability to add two agents to OFI's to ensure that it is synchronised with the two calendars

Ability to send bulk SMS to OFI attendees BUT also attach it to the Listing!

Currently you can only see the SMS sent in the individual contact.
It would be great to see all on the listing in one place.

Dual Living - add to Property features
It would be great to put Dual living in more info under the features for listed properties. This is very specific to certain buyer and properties. Please can this be added ;)

One click to all property viewings (per property)
On a listing record, it would be great if you could click on the number of viewings and open a new page which lists all of those viewings, even if they're without feedback. To me this is would be a very useful feature when providing a seller with an overview and also if you ever need to send a list of buyer to another agent it is far quicker!

Change to car parking spaces
At the moment for commercial properties we have to enter a number for car parking spaces in key deatails box
Most of our listings have public car parks and not designated car parking so we say in the text of the listing - Ample parking available or on site parking - however when listings go up to commercialrealestate.com.au we cannot type text in Rex - key details car spaces it has to be a number. We then have to leave as zero as we have no idea the number of car parks available - this then means our online listings…

Contract overrides - two options, one for accepted and one for unconditional
At the moment, when a contract is accepted, you send the listing as 'under contract' to the portals. This is a bit of a hassle at the moment because we have to monitor the overrides manually - turning them on and off.
We would only like to send them as 'under contract' once the listing is unconditional. It would be good to have two different marketing overrides - the one we have already, plus one that shows listing as available, until it goes unconditional.

Just Listed/Sold Map
To be able to have a 'generate map' button of all the places an agent has listed/sold in a particular area.
This will enable the agent visually see the properties listed/sold by the agent so they can make contact with their past clients in the street when they list another property in the area.

BACK PRICE SHOULD BE RANGE ORIENTATED
I feel the back price on a listing in REX should then be a price range of 10% either side - similar to REA. eg Buyer max price is $690,000 but won't match to properties with $700K back price. If a percentage either side of the listings back price was programmed into REX would make matching a more successful operation.

Change List Agent
It would be great to have a "mass action" button on listings, to change the listing agents in bulk.
This would help when agents go on leave and another agent needs to be the "listing agent" whilst they are on leave....
Then when the agent returns off leave, the mass action could again be preformed to put the orginal agent back on as the listing agent.

Listing expiry defaults
Could you please have an alert is an agent forgets to put an expiry date in. Recently one of my salespeople entered a listing and forgot the expiry date. There wasn't anything to alert them to this. The listing was published on our site. Because there wasn't an expiry date it didn't appear on our report to remind the salesperson

Type of listing missing altogether
Listing authority – the option of ‘Sole’ listing is missing (sole agency is an option for QLD Form 6s)

Not publish listings that don't have a current list date
When you hit publish on a listing, there should be a function that won't allow it to be published if the list date isn't current.
