Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.
Remember – no request is too small :)

Ability to name photos added to listings
When uploading photos to a listing, the file names disappear. It would be great if the names stayed visible for reference. We often go to find a certain photo used (for newspaper ads etc.) and have to search through our albums to match the photos. Much easier to find a file name/number.

Property listing status: Off Market
Can you please add a property status of "Off Market". Off market sales are becoming more common in the industry and we need a way to differentiate these listings on our website (i.e. not include them in currently For Sale listings). Note that Off Market listings are the same as For Sale, just a different flag or status. They are not withdrawn - they are for sale. Most other software has it under the Status property, along with For Sale, Withdrawn, Sold, etc.

Stocklists
Can we please have the ability to print internal stocklists that include listings that have not yet been published.

Link to the webspages you have listed your properties to
Under the publsh/portals tabs - it would be good to have links to the portals you have publlished your properties too. i.e. if you want to quickly pop onto the website and check out how your listing looks you can just push a button.

Add 3 new items under Feedback Type: Contract Holder, Strata Report & Building & Pest Report
Can we please request to add three (3) new items under ‘Feedback Type’ in Listings. That is:
• Contract Holder
• Strata Report
• Building & Pest ReportWe feel that this is a very important form of ‘Feedback’ from our clients and should be noted formally in that section, so that it may also appear in our vendor reports and would be easily searched when coming closer to auction to know who is critical to contact.

Add Drop Down List Option to 'Venue' Field Under 'Events' tab
Could you please add a drop down list option to the 'Venue' field under the 'Events' tab. We have a short list of venues we use for all of our auctions (including the option of "On-site") and would prefer to be able to select from a pre-determined list, rather than have to manually type the venue each time.

Change Listing Type
Currently, if you add a listing type as something like "Rural" but then later you wanted to change it to "Land" (some rural land could fall into both categories) there is no way to change the Type once it has been listed. You have to duplicate it, change the type and then remove one of them. It would be good if this field was able to be edited. It would save a lot of time.

Create permissions on the Marketing Tab so not all users can edit
Our marketing team is responsible for producing the marketing copy. With a large Sales & Property Management team, we would like to reduce the likelihood of any changes being made to the copy.
We would like a feature that would enable a read-only function for the Marketing tab.

Adjust the events tab to include "Virtual Open home"
Under the events tab - keeping open homes... but also including virtual opens so we can let people know when we will be live on Instagram or Facebook for a walk through of the property?

Related Listings - Holds - Contracts / Should show on contact record
If you create a hold (initial deposit) and/or a contract of sale then attach that to a contract record there is no way of seeing this intuitively.
You must click more>>go to related>>go to related holds
If you could see immediately on a contact record if they have an active hold or contract that is related to them it would increase usability, stop issues when there are duplicates and make the system more intuitive.
At the moment you can only see a related property once the property is marked as SOLD. Prior to that there is no visual aid on…

Option to make the sold price not disclosed.
When marking a property as sold there should be an option to mark the sold price as not disclosed for those who do not wish to share this information with the public.

Notify the contact owner if their contact enquires on another agents listing in the office not owned by them
Send a notification/email to the owner of a contact when that contact enquires about another listing or visits an OFI for a listing owned by their office.

Investment category
I would like a sub-category of 'Investment' or a checkbox for 'Tenanted' property so that it appears on commercialrealestate.com.au under the investment search.

Conjunctional Agent details
When entering a Conjunctional Listing it would be very useful to be able to enter the details of the agent that the listing is in conjunction with.

Ability to select which photos to cycle
Currently all images cycle if set to do so. It would be great to be able choose which images cycle as the main portal image, so only the better images appear on the main portal image. Some properties include some less than ideal photos!

Make the appointment tab on a listing available in pocket Rex
When you use the appointment tab in a listing to book in viewing times you can not access this from pocket Rex, we need to be able to view and add appointments in this tab on each listing from pocket Rex.

Problems within a listing
When a problem has occurred with a listing that prevents you from 'publishing' - allow you to click and REX will then take you to where the actual problem lies and it direct you to what needs to be added/changed.

Not For Sale (NFS) Status - Warning before hold/contract
Hello REX,
Thanks for implementing the NFS status for listings. This has been an extremely helpful feature for us. Especially now that you can visually see within the listing and projects view that its not for sale.The issue we have is that although its "Not For Sale" you can still create a hold / contract.
Could you considering an error message stating: "Please mark listing 'for sale' before creating a hold/contract"
Then not allow a hold / contract until this is done.Thanks in advance.

haveing the option to create a vendor preview link of the property to approve before publishing the listing online
Our old CRM had the ability to generate a link for each of the listings that were interactive - showing a preview of the properties where they could look through the photos, floor plans, videos and read over the copy. a representation of how the property would look online before it was published. It was a great way to get approval before we put them online.
