Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Change Floorplan place holder
At the moment the floor plan place holder is a square 1:1 which makes it really hard for floorplan layouts for acreage properties especially.
We would like Rex to implement the standard landscape place holder for Floor Plans.

Ability to put disclaimers on auctions only
It would be great if we were able to put an auction disclaimer that are on an auction listing authority.
This could be done by maybe having a drop down box to choose what disclaimer you want on a particular listing, or being able to select an authority type when setting up the disclaimer.1 vote -
REX Application to upload, rearrange and delete photos
Please enable us to upload photos, rearrange or delete photos from the app. Often we're on the go and want to make a change while we're with a client or (for rentals) take a photograph that we can upload instantly.

Non automated key status
The new feature where you can untick a box labelled 'Update keys for this listing' when a listing is marked as Sold - would be great to have the option to automatically set this box to be unticked across ALL listings when it comes to marking them as sold? (As opposed to unticking this box every time).

Upload photos to listing from Pocket
Upload photos to listings from Pocket and not into documents.
If property photos are on your phone they should be able to be uploaded directly onto the listing and in bulk - not one at a time.23 votesThanks for the suggestion! The ability to upload listing photos from within Pocket is on our roadmap. We’ll let everyone know when it’s available.

Custom field pocket open home
Pocket Open Homes; for the buyer input filed, name, number, email address are standard, the other fields should be customisable based on the agent needs.
For example, current address, match profile, etc.
It'd be good to have more flexibility in the pocket app.

Automatic Removal of the Auction Date when the listing authority is changed from 'Auction' to 'Exclusive'
As per the header, when a listing authority is changed from 'Auction' to 'Exclusive' (particularly after the Auction Date has passed with no sale), the Auction Date does not automatically remove from the 'Events' section on the listing record. Further to this - the past auction date remains on the eBrochure.
If possible - requesting for this to be an automated process to ensure that this is not missed by admin staff.

How can we get bed bath in open home?
I want to get bed /bath/garage in api which provides event type open_hone and api name is the "ListingEvents::search.
There is a api where I fetch bed/bath/garage but I want to get merged in same reponse in single api only so my api call fire very less.
Please give me solution.

Property listing status: Off Market
Can you please add a property status of "Off Market". Off market sales are becoming more common in the industry and we need a way to differentiate these listings on our website (i.e. not include them in currently For Sale listings). Note that Off Market listings are the same as For Sale, just a different flag or status. They are not withdrawn - they are for sale. Most other software has it under the Status property, along with For Sale, Withdrawn, Sold, etc.

Make Stream Printable
Please make the stream on a listing printable so that we can print these / export to then email or post to an owner. As the stream and feedback tab don't merge information, notes added to the stream don't appear in a vendor report and therefore it would be handy to print or export this information to then provide to an owner of the property.

Ability to mark Rental listings as "Under Application"

New option in the More Tab to mark the property as Under application.
Or create an Application tab, similar to the Legal tab for Sale properties with the option to mark a listing "Under Offer", that allows the listing to be marked as Under Application.0 votes -
Link to the webspages you have listed your properties to
Under the publsh/portals tabs - it would be good to have links to the portals you have publlished your properties too. i.e. if you want to quickly pop onto the website and check out how your listing looks you can just push a button.

View which contact have received & opened a Reverse Match when instigated from a Listing
When you do a reverse match from a listing, it would be ideal to be able to:
1) track that this was actually done - currently there is no way of knowing if it has been sent and moves into the realms of spam if someone else in the office does it again
2) track who it was sent to, and if they opened the email
3) add this stuff into the Vendor Reporting module too please7 votes -
Vendor property preview
We would like to be able to send our Vendors a preview of what their property looks like before it goes live as often they want to make changes to the photo order and wording etc, so that they can view the whole property details and photos.

Have a 'today' button on the date calendar for 'listed date'
When a listing is duplicated to be re-advertised, currently you have to click through the months from whatever date it was last listed, in some cases this might be a couple of years. It's not a huge bother but a simple button to bring the dates up to current would be ideal.

Commercial Listings - Floor Area Range
When there are multiple Floor Area options available - either in a building or warehouse, it'd be great to have the option to input a range for Floor Area.
Realcommercial allow this as an option, as it is quite common with commercial listings.
Could Rex add in a range field that can be sent for commercial listings?

Drag and drop emails/paperwork into the documents tab to load
To have the ability to 'drag and drop' correspondence, emails and paperwork into the documents tab to load. This would help us work faster and would be a more efficient way of working.

Conjunctional Agent details
When entering a Conjunctional Listing it would be very useful to be able to enter the details of the agent that the listing is in conjunction with.
