Webinars duration shorter
Our staff noticed after approximately 40 minutes that we had information over load with the live Webinars.

Hi Wendy,
Thanks for the feedback - you'll be happy to know these webinars used to be between 3-5 hours before we made some changes earlier this year. Unfortunately, given the amount of information that has to be covered, there isn't much that we can do to make them shorter than the 2-2.5 hours they currently run for - though we are always looking at ways to improve these further.
The purpose of the beginner and advanced webinars is at the very least to give users an overview of 90% of the functionality that is available, ensure data is entered correctly and get admin staff prepped for the simpler functions like portal uploads, stocklist generation etc. in the first week.
If after attending the webinar your staff can't remember the way that every single function works that's okay so long as they are aware that the function exists. There's well over a hundred short 1-3 minute videos in the Rex help center (accessible from the top right hand corner of Rex) that your staff can work through at their own pace once they have watched the basics webinar.
