Leads need to be:
- Received on Pocket Rex
- Processed and marked as "Complete" on Pocket Rex
- Pocket Rex needs to be more stable across a variety of different phones (many times unresponslve)
- Lastly, *importantly* Leads should be exportable by date, and include their contact details and message given - to use for for follow-up calls later down the track - WITHOUT having to rely on the agent having added feedback or not.Hope we have this soon!

Very important as it saves Reception having to enter the lead twice, in Rex AND email on the PC. We have a very busy reception.
Also saves agents having to come into the office to process leads on a computer. And saves the agency having to buy more computers for a large team. Big implications. Please advise me. -

I agree. We need to make it simple for agents out on the road to reply to incoming leads. Usually, an email notification from Rex is what the agent might see first, so it would be good if when clicking the link on their phone, it opened up the step through in Pocket Rex (ideal world) but otherwise having a leads tab would be great to see all their leads and do step-through from them as they would do on their desktop computer :)

Our agents can be out of the office for a whole day with back to back appointments so having a leads tab would allow them to call their enquiries on the road. We have multiple returned calls as the agents haven't responded hours after an enquiry.
