Better functionality when sending emails and SMS from Rex

A Door-Knocking feature.

Be able to input data of homeowners on the fly, such as (name, number, email, address etc). Send texts, emails and other real estate material on the fly to these contacts. You will already have the competition doing this with Agent Toolbox, time to leave them for dirt.

An app to access REX from the iPhone

yes would love to see a feature like Homepass integrated in to the rex app. It is really difficult when you have REA using IRE and domain using HP :)

I ran out of votes 3 days after we started with Rex so I can't vote for it (despite the fact I want to).

We are all busy and time poor and our organisation is so heavily invested in Rex that we would drive to Brisbane to be part of a brainstorming session for a morning. This way we could hear other peoples ideas and collectively give the owners of Rex the best feedback to make the first interation as close to useable as possible.

As sales people we are on the road most of the day. I want to be able to punch out my phone calls, from my mobile phone. So I need access to the task list, and call directly from the task (ie press the phone number, it dials, I make notes, I rebook another reminder, then move onto the next one.

Also - I get feedback calls all the time, from new buyers who are not in rex. I want to be able to add the contact, notes, feedback, book reminders, right from the app, while I am on the go.

Majority of info as discussed with others below is important. To be able to answer email enquiries direct from mobile device straight away as they are fed from REA or Domain is a big must. As it stands enquiries come in and I answer from gmail as it is easier and quicker than having to log in to rex go to leads find email then reply all from my mobile.

A quick reply to enquiries from an app is what will set your software ahead of competitors. This will then add all the details to that contact and property. Add follow ups etc.

Pretty much desperately need rex mobile app before the staff get distracted by another one of the 15000 other options out there.

If I am at an OFI or inspection - Record full name, phone, email and the ability to create a match profile quickly on the fly. A quick feedback section. I write all sorts of notes on the people some is about their family makeup, where they live, who they are, where they live, why they are looking, etc what, when info, My problem is I am a very slow at typing. So the ability to tap custom made tags that would populate against the client as a note. So that when I get back to the office or whenever I look at that buyers notes in REX, that snapshot of info is available to read. Similar concept at appraisals, I do not want to be typing forever, I want to be able to capture key details fast and still be able to concentrate on the conversation at hand. And as has been previously mentioned, enter in an appraisal range and conduct an instant buyer match. That comes up with a big bold statement "We currently have 83 buyers that match this homes criteria" and a button to see them in detail if required. Most of this has been said already
