Welcome Rex Users!

Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!

Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)

How it works:

  • You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
  • You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
  • If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

  1. make a note against a property in bulk ie when a street is dropped with a flyer a note can be put against each property in the street.

    Write one note for multiple properties ie when a letterbox drop is completed on a street a note can be attached to each property, with just one entry.

  2. Warning message to appear when entering an OFI in the past

    Perhaps an error/notification message could appear if you accidentally enter an OFI in the past. If it was intentional you can accept the message and if not, then at least you are made aware of your error.

  3. Pocket opens

    New pocket opens it terrible! There is no predictive Buyer feature. It would be easier to put it in through Rex. I had to use notes today as I couldn’t ask the same people for the same details half an hour apart and regular clients shouldn’t have to give us their details when we know their names. Please fix before next week or I will have to go back to pen and paper or home pass. I will now be cleaning up duplicated data for the next hour..

  5. Pocket Kiosk - Address and Notes capability

    Currently on our physical open home booklets we have a section for the buyers current address and any additional notes they might want to add about what they are looking.

    These sections allow us to gather more information from the buyer in regards to their current situation (If they are already local, do they need to sell before buying, do they have any specific or strange requirements for their next home that we should know)

    These 2 fields being added to the check-in screen would be a great addition to the app.

  6. Notifications Sent To Record Owner When Someone Else Makes A Change

    It would be really great if notifications such as an email were sent to the record owner when someone else makes a change to their records.
    I am the office manager who makes a lot of changes/additions on behalf of the agents and how am I to know that they know the changes have been made?

  7. Suburb or Agent Dependant Stocklists

    Could you please implement a category of suburb or agent to the stocklists so that users are able to create stocklists for clients to browse through their individual listings in that suburb or for that agent without showing all listings for the entire agency. This would be healful for individual agents as well as clients looking in particular suburbs or areas. Even an option to select the listings which display and those that don't would work so that individual agents can select their listinsg or those that pertain to a particular suburb. Thank you,

  8. Other Details & 'Key Features'

    In the "other details" & "Features" tab under "more info" there are only a few options for other details that show on Realestate.co.nz. We would like to see alot more features added like other companies have so our purchasers can see ALL features to the property not just a few. We think this is extremely important and can see other businesses can do this.

  9. door knock - When entering a note there are options like Call, SMS, Letter etc ... but no Door Knocked

    When entering a note on a contact there are options like Call, SMS, Letter etc ... but no Door Knocked. This is a huge part of all real estate activities, can we please have this added asap

  12. Appointment notifications

    Could we get REX integrated with the ios system so if we have an appointment at 2:00 Saturday, we will receive a notification at a specified time through our phone?
    At the moment if I have an appointment set at 2:00 I have to remember that I have it and go into the app to confirm it. There is no reminder notification like other apps have which sort of defeats the purpose of setting an appointment if you can't rely on the app to remind you of it.

  13. REX Pocket App Improved Updating of streams

    Hi. We are currently using REX Pocket. I would like not only the contact but also the property updated in the stream when sms, call or email is completed using the app. This is so the lister can see what has been happening regarding their property and report to the vendor.

    UNCONDITIONAL CONTRACT STATUS PORTAL FEED TO REA:

    It would be great if consideration could be given to the default portal feed for when a property is updated to unconditional in REX, to match the policy requirements of the REA portal feeds (i.e. REA policy requires them to be notified within 72 hours of an unconditional property that the property has been "sold", however REX currently doesn't provide this update to sold in their unconditional portal feed to REA, so the property remains as Under Offer on REA (when this is actually against their policy). I understand there is a manual…

  16. Approve or deny features in a quicker manner

    Votes being returned or more votes given per user given the time it takes to approve or deny features. Some have over 100 votes and are over 18 months old yet the feature has not been approved for development or denied for development so peoples votes are just siitting idle.

  17. Send email to agency when marketing credit balance gets low

    We need to be able to check the balance of our marketing credits, perhaps an email notification to a specific user when the balance is low.

  18. Ability to Lock out another user when updating a record

    We've run into an issue a fair few times where more than one user is accessing & updating the same record.

    When one person clicks save, it will update for them - but when the other clicks save, it overwrites the first person's changes.

    It would be great to to lock other users out or provide read-only access when another user is already viewing/updating the record.

  19. View Selected Records Option

    When making a selection of properties from a list it would be useful to be able to view just the selected records. Additional info or notes can then be added by scrolling through the selected records.

  20. The difference between a property page and listing page should be more visibly different ( different page colour maybe ? )

    I would like the property page and the listing page to be visibly different from one another . In administration when working with both and jumping from one to the other it would save time . I am constantly interrupted by calls, walk ins, staff etc so if the listing page was for example YELLOW then I would not have to recheck where i was at . Both pages look the same at a glance and a small house or sign icon just isn't enough .
