Let us know what you really want out of the system you use in your businesses every day!
Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.
Remember – no request is too small :)

call app selection from pocket app
we use 3CX calling app to allow call recording for quality control, it would be great if we could select which phone app to use when making calls from pocket. currently it uses the default phone app so it would be great if that could be an option that before making the call the app asks which phone app you would like to use to make the call. (I have discovered a work around however its not ideal - change the default phone app prior to making calls and revert back when finished)

Loading property photos from mobile direct to Pocket by Rex would be great!

In the open homes section, add an option "Inspect by Appointment"
If, for a variety of reasons, I cannot hold regular open homes, leaving this field blank leads buyers to assume that the place is under contract or that we've given up on it.

View your Own Database in Pocket
It's a little unnecessary for me to be able to view all other users data in the Pocket Application, and would be a little easier to navigate if there was a setting which could be put in place to only show user data belonging to the currently signed-in user.
This could potentially be set up in the Settings menu, with a toggle to select:
-My Data
-Entire Agency DatabaseObviously this would only apply to users with higher levels of privileges (e.g. those that can view the entire agency's database), however, would be an extremely handy tool.

Property and Contact Links should open in new tab on 'ctrl + click' - bypass menu
When clicking on the Hyperlinked name of a Contact or property, allow the user to bypass the pop up menu and go directly to the property or contact page when using 'control + click' on Windows or 'Apple-key + click' on a Mac. Right click can work as well.
Image part 1: Shows the current app behaviour and the pop up context menu that will be bypassed if a user ctrl + clicks the link.

Customise mandatory fields for kiosk form
Allow admins to make certain fields on the home open form via Kiosk mandatory so that guests can provide phone numbers or emails for follow ups.

Pocket, check in enquiries/private inspections
Can we look at a feature of adding a property enquiry in Pocket? That way they recieve an ebrochure and we can add the enquiry to our report and they appear in list of contacts

User created 'adhoc' tags viewable by administrators
There needs to be a way of viewing all the 'adhoc' user created tags in REX. If staff leave and you want to re-assign tags to others and they haven't used the system tags, you need to search for the various tags that were created by the user.
There needs to be another admin section that shows all user created tags that can be filtered.
Eg (SETTINGS -> CUSTOM VALUES, TAGS & MAILING LISTS)

Add Suburb to pocket for possible buyers
When adding potential buyers into REX it only gives you the option to add email and phone number.
Could we add a SUBURB to get an idea of where they are coming from. This helps in finding potential sellers in your market area.

attachment size increase 2mb and remove vote system
Hi Rex
I have two ideas, please increase attachment size, 2mb is pitiful, as most pdf with a photo on is min 5 mb.
Second idea is to remove voting system for ideas, what is the point of having ideas that have a constraint on them? especially in this era of the internet, I would encourage more ideas not stifle with a voting system ???0 votes -
Would love to be able to "live chat" the helpdesk
To have help "at the ready" when I have a question (currently cannot find a phone number for the helpdesk and emails take too long).

pocket kiosk
Pocke Kiosk in New Zealand we are required to have clients sign a health and safety when viewing a open home, could this be added to the sign in process for open homes.

Colour coded notes
When we make a note against a property it would be beneficial to be able to make them a colour ( Like in our calander ). I've had important notes made & pinned them to the top - but they don't stand out from the other notes. The ability to make it coloured eg yellow - would help to make certain notes stand out.

Pocket - Open Home User Ease

We are a new office to REX coming from using Homepass and there are some minor changes that would make a HUGE difference to the usability of the open house section of pocket if you were open to it1) when a buyer attends a property a history of properties they have seen is visible as well as how many times they have attended the particular open home

Be able to sort contacts by their residential suburb
We recently had a staff member leave and wanted to reallocate their contact ownership to remaining sales staff but based on their residential suburb. Anyone in Sales knows that generally every person has their own suburbs that they are the "specialists" in and that's how I wanted to allocate these contacts. I found a way around it, but it was very difficult and time consuming. And what if you want to contact everyone in a particular suburb to let them know about a listing or sale? I'm not sure why the residential address is a text box and not separate…

make a note against a property in bulk ie when a street is dropped with a flyer a note can be put against each property in the street.
Write one note for multiple properties ie when a letterbox drop is completed on a street a note can be attached to each property, with just one entry.

Warning message to appear when entering an OFI in the past
Perhaps an error/notification message could appear if you accidentally enter an OFI in the past. If it was intentional you can accept the message and if not, then at least you are made aware of your error.

Pocket opens
New pocket opens it terrible! There is no predictive Buyer feature. It would be easier to put it in through Rex. I had to use notes today as I couldn’t ask the same people for the same details half an hour apart and regular clients shouldn’t have to give us their details when we know their names. Please fix before next week or I will have to go back to pen and paper or home pass. I will now be cleaning up duplicated data for the next hour..

Pocket Kiosk - Address and Notes capability
Currently on our physical open home booklets we have a section for the buyers current address and any additional notes they might want to add about what they are looking.
These sections allow us to gather more information from the buyer in regards to their current situation (If they are already local, do they need to sell before buying, do they have any specific or strange requirements for their next home that we should know)
These 2 fields being added to the check-in screen would be a great addition to the app.
