Pocket opens
New pocket opens it terrible! There is no predictive Buyer feature. It would be easier to put it in through Rex. I had to use notes today as I couldn’t ask the same people for the same details half an hour apart and regular clients shouldn’t have to give us their details when we know their names. Please fix before next week or I will have to go back to pen and paper or home pass. I will now be cleaning up duplicated data for the next hour..

Why are REX users told to use Homepass as it does the job better than Rex. Yes it is so annoying to step through full details at every open

Are you referring to adding a attendee to an open home?
Currently you have to ask an existing client in your database their details again so you can register them instead of their name populating when you start to type their name?
If so, Im with you all the way as its so frustrating when adding an existing contact to an open home.
I now have to do it manual afterwards because I don't want to look like an idiot .

This is for pocket open homes. The feature 2 weeks ago allowed you to fill buyer details with predictive details. I now need to get my regular clients to give me correct spelling and phone numbers to be able to book them in. It's embarrassing and shouldn't be nessisary when it's already connected to our Rex data base.

@anonymous - thanks for the details. You can add feedback, interest level etc through pocket (This is the prompt once you've checked the contact in). You are also able to add match profiles and other details on the fly. Please confirm you haven't accidentally installed the kiosk app...
With regards to the ability to select existing contacts we have noted this item.

Completely agree. I don’t know of any crm with a phone app feature that requires us to place all client info in, when they are an existing client and we’ve been speaking with them regularly. We need a name or email or telephone number. Just one thing and it should pop up and we can tap to enter them. Why can’t we place feedback through the pocket app?. I don’t have an iPad and most certainly don’t want one to be stolen at an open unless it’s secured. People give wrong info if they fill it in themselves. So although thats good. Most of us work from our phones. In between opens we call and place our feedback into system. We need price indication Warm, hot or cold and the ability to write feedback instead of having to double work. And ability to place their requirements in both during the feedback edit and when placing their details in initially ie are they investor or home owner. Are they selling. What location are they loooking or. Do they want a unit or house or duplex many requirements to offer a bespoke service. Are they ready to buy. Stuff we can quickly tap to get quick answers to these questions. As sometimes we will have time to speak. This app starts to work but the embarrassment of having to get all of their info every time at an open and have to duplicate all info wastes so much time for us. Also the number of people who have attended the open are not updated. It always states one unless you manually update it. Thanks so much.

Hi there, can you be a bit more specific in your feedback? Do you mean you had to ask the same people for the same details half an hour apart? Are you referring to Pocket or Pocket Kiosk? Both systems have deduplication built into them.
