Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

Improve Sales Progression side of Rex
I have noticed a few things as a sales progressor that i feel need improve and certainly being made easier.
1. When adding split chains having the option to add a branch off and end the chain on one split and not another.
2. Be able to have a different solicitor acting for a client for their sale and their purchase.
3. To be able to add broker details for the rest of the chain if needed not just a branch sale.

Allow lead drop & primary email address field to be sent to portals like Domain, currently it only allows for one to go through there.
Please allow a lead drop and primary email address field to be sent to Domain!!! Why is it that this works for REA and not Domain? Domain have gone to the effort of doing all they can on their end, however Rex keeps reverting the two emails in Domain back to one. I believe this has been an ongoing issue for years, and for that, we are frustrated with the service provided by Rex. Off-line(no data needed) check in
When I was doing the open homes the other week using pocket and Pocket Kiosk as usual, apps had trouble checking in open home visitors. (my phone had data connections. My colleague was also having a same issue as well) If there was "an off-line check in feature" available, it would have been helpful..
When we go to the remote area, this feature would be a good one to have because not always data access is available.

Bulk SMS from pocket so it send from phone rather than marketing credits
It would be good as suggested in other bulk SMS feature requests if this could be done from pocket for OFI and or private viewing attendees or even contacts attached to feedback or a choice of each or all 3. For example to thank them as a bulk for coming to open homes or viewing the property, to text them all an update to property documents, to invite them to an auction or notify them that a property has sold and how much for. For Rex Pocket to have an offline version.
For Rex Pocket to have an offline version so if the internet is not available you can still add contacts into the app for your open homes and it will update Rex once back online. This means no paper and pen needed or using another product to get by.

Security/Privacy
Our IT providers noted the PDF files accessed in Rex download to the local PC, not viewed in the web. They noted it may be a concern if information from REX is of a confidential nature since it will be stored on a BYOD device. They recommended REX consider limiting access to web-based views only

2 factor authentication
Require 2 factor authentication when signing in from a new device for the first time.
The data contained in REX is extremely sensitive data and in light of all the hacks that have occurred i think it's really important that 2 factor authentication is enabled on all important systems. Otherwise REX is extremely vulnerable to hacking

Pocket - login with 4 digit pin
Login to pocket with a 4 digit pin.
Pocket logs me out regularly and it can be tedious to type in your email address and then password.
Can you save the email address and just prompt for a 4 digit pin to make the login process insanely faster

Could you add the ability to upload photos onto Pocket?
Can we have a QR code that will take the potential buyers details from Private viewings - the QR code at the moment only takes details for those who attend open homes not private viewings.

Auto Dialing & Power Dialer +Click to Call
I use a platfor call JustCall for big prospecting sessions. so great u can upload lists and Click to call, Auto dial, power dial, predictive dialing, sms voice mail drop, sms, bulk sms, voice mail service & reporting. If it integrated to rex that would be awesome. so last contacted date would update and notes etcetera. Not sure how this would work but I think it needs to be explored.

Pocket App - Tick box to be contacted for Finance
It would be wonderful to have a tick box for clients to select saying that they would be happy to be contacted about finance. We use a company that assist clients with finance however they require client approval before sending the referral.

Marketing Schedule to have Invoiced and Uninvoiced options separated
Please have Invoicecd/Unvoiced as separated categories when generating a Marketing Schedule
Currently the client is receiving Marketing Schedules with items previously paid for.
The invoice goes over 2 pages and looks unprofessional. The client only wants to see what the new Schedule is, not previous ones.1 vote -

Different User Ability Levels
Rex University shows all users as at a Learner stage, which is clearly inaccurate. It would assist Super Admin users if there were different levels, such as Learner, Basic, Intermediate, Rexpert etc. This would be particularly helpful for an Admin to understand the amount of time their staff are spending on the system and the amount of training they have done. As a tracking tool, a staff member that undertakes a lot of merge activity, inputting of notes and training, would be upskilled from Learner. Is it possible for when someone checks in to an open to be able to add an dependent. instead of each individual signing into a code as this
Is it possible for when someone checks in to an open to be able to add an dependent. instead of each individual signing into a code as this way we will be able to identify groups of people.
Also, when a mobile phone scans in to sign in, it can't scan and sign in again for a different person. this is quite an issue as some guests bring elderly parents who don't have smart phones.27 votes
