Please include as much detail as possible about what the feature is and how the feature would make your life easier – this will encourage other rex users to vote for your request rather than creating a duplicate idea. The more votes you get the quicker your idea will come to our attention :)
How it works:
- You can add as many new ideas here as you like but each new idea that you add will cost you one of your votes.
- You have ten votes to use. You can distribute these however you like with a maximum of 3 on any single item. You can remove a vote if you change your mind and put it elsewhere.
- If you have voted on an item that is then implemented, you will get those votes back to use again.

rental price guide figure
Is there a way to have the rental price guide added to either the More info tab near the rates information or added to key details on a listing? This would make it faster and easier to find a rental guide figure of other agents listings when on the phone.

Default/Long/Short Ad Exports
When exporting to brochures from external sources (LJ Hooker Promote) we would like to export the Long Ad not Default Ad as the Default Ad is too long for brochures, however, this is good for the internet adverts.

Ability to add Listing Search to other pages
It would be great if we had the ability to add a full Listing Search function (similar to the one on the home page) to other pages within the site such as the BUY page. If this could be added as a widget or short code, even better. Cheers

Marketing Calendar in Listing
A small monthly calendar on each listing card to mark/colour code the launch date, print advertising appearance date & upcoming auction.

Automatic remove buyer or seller tag when property sold
When a property is sold I have found that unless I manually remove the buyer tag and sellers tag from the seller that particularly buyers who literally just brought a property are receiving email alerts for properties for sale so I just think it would be great if the buyers tag was automatically removed once a property was sold or possibly an alert to ask the question once it goes to sold if you would like to keep the buyer tag for example. I am not really sure but I have learnt I have to remember to remove them and…

Report showing properties published with errors.
It would be fantastic if there was a report that would show properties that have been published with errors. Currently the report available is only for errors with REX. It would be good if the report showed if there was an error in the upload to another site (eg: REIWA). Currently I have to go into each listing to see if there is any errors.

Reverse match on pocket
Have function on app (pocket) to reverse match listings and appraisals to buyers . Very surprised it's not already there, major oversight ?

Change List Agent
It would be great to have a "mass action" button on listings, to change the listing agents in bulk.
This would help when agents go on leave and another agent needs to be the "listing agent" whilst they are on leave....
Then when the agent returns off leave, the mass action could again be preformed to put the orginal agent back on as the listing agent.

Add more information to listing
For example vendor name & contact information, legal details, solicitors, rates, GV which is in the core part of the REX listing.

Not For Sale (NFS) Status - Warning before hold/contract
Hello REX,
Thanks for implementing the NFS status for listings. This has been an extremely helpful feature for us. Especially now that you can visually see within the listing and projects view that its not for sale.The issue we have is that although its "Not For Sale" you can still create a hold / contract.
Could you considering an error message stating: "Please mark listing 'for sale' before creating a hold/contract"
Then not allow a hold / contract until this is done.Thanks in advance.

Problems within a listing
When a problem has occurred with a listing that prevents you from 'publishing' - allow you to click and REX will then take you to where the actual problem lies and it direct you to what needs to be added/changed.

Listing expiry defaults
Could you please have an alert is an agent forgets to put an expiry date in. Recently one of my salespeople entered a listing and forgot the expiry date. There wasn't anything to alert them to this. The listing was published on our site. Because there wasn't an expiry date it didn't appear on our report to remind the salesperson

Type of listing missing altogether
Listing authority – the option of ‘Sole’ listing is missing (sole agency is an option for QLD Form 6s)

Ability to name photos added to listings
When uploading photos to a listing, the file names disappear. It would be great if the names stayed visible for reference. We often go to find a certain photo used (for newspaper ads etc.) and have to search through our albums to match the photos. Much easier to find a file name/number.

Related Listings - Holds - Contracts / Should show on contact record
If you create a hold (initial deposit) and/or a contract of sale then attach that to a contract record there is no way of seeing this intuitively.
You must click more>>go to related>>go to related holds
If you could see immediately on a contact record if they have an active hold or contract that is related to them it would increase usability, stop issues when there are duplicates and make the system more intuitive.
At the moment you can only see a related property once the property is marked as SOLD. Prior to that there is no visual aid on…

Listing Stream - Administrator ability to Edit
As we process a listing or a contract we produce standard mail merge letters which attach to and appear on the listings stream - excellent.
At times though these letters once merged, printed and sent for signature come back from the consultants or Directors with changes which may be specific to the client or listing. The changes are made and the letter is merged again.
We should have a way for the administrator to remove the incorrect initial letter from the stream. The only letter displayed should be the one that is sent to the client.This could be done…

Contract overrides - two options, one for accepted and one for unconditional
At the moment, when a contract is accepted, you send the listing as 'under contract' to the portals. This is a bit of a hassle at the moment because we have to monitor the overrides manually - turning them on and off.
We would only like to send them as 'under contract' once the listing is unconditional. It would be good to have two different marketing overrides - the one we have already, plus one that shows listing as available, until it goes unconditional.

Just Listed/Sold Map
To be able to have a 'generate map' button of all the places an agent has listed/sold in a particular area.
This will enable the agent visually see the properties listed/sold by the agent so they can make contact with their past clients in the street when they list another property in the area.

Change Listing Type
Currently, if you add a listing type as something like "Rural" but then later you wanted to change it to "Land" (some rural land could fall into both categories) there is no way to change the Type once it has been listed. You have to duplicate it, change the type and then remove one of them. It would be good if this field was able to be edited. It would save a lot of time.
