When a property is sold I have found that unless I manually remove the buyer tag and sellers tag from the seller that particularly buyers who literally just brought a property are receiving email alerts for properties for sale so I just think it would be great if the buyers tag was automatically removed once a property was sold or possibly an alert to ask the question once it goes to sold if you would like to keep the buyer tag for example. I am not really sure but I have learnt I have to remember to remove them and the seller tag and just put reminders to call them in 3 years time or else the database goes out of whack..
