Add Notes and Activities, not just Feedback, to Vendor Reports to demonstrate to our Vendors
At the moment, our Vendor Report only contain Feedback not all the activities we have entered into notes etc. How do we demonstrate to our Vendors how hard we are working from them?

You should also be able to include notes from the stream in the reporting.

Kate - started means we're working on it. You'll have to be more specific on what you're after in terms of "more information" and maybe add a new user voice request for it - this one is being worked on to the scope that was specified in our earlier responses. great idea, have another tick box that allows us to add notes, offers, activities - it is great when our owners know exactly what we do behind the scenes as well.

Guys, one of the most important communications with buyers, surely we should have the ability to put this in as well as records. Cant understand why not available. Such an important part of our business. VENDORS NEED TO KNOW HOW FOLLOW UP IS GOING. DON'T SEE DANGER WITH THIS AT ALL. PLEASE SUPPORT

Hi Rex,
I think that your amended suggestion re the graph would be awesome. This is something we really need in the vendor report so our vendors can see exactly how much work we are really doing everyday for them!

We have been discussing this in the office and think that realistically having the notes (which show up in the Stream on the listing) go into the Vendor report could potentially lead to problems for you as agents. The notes are for internal agency comments about the Listing, the Vendor, the Contract and all the follow up you're doing for the listing etc. A lot of the time, this information would not be suitable for your vendor to view.
HOWEVER, what we do think would be more helpful, along the same lines as this suggestion, is to have another option (or set of options) in the "Trend Data" section when you're creating the vendor report, that when activated, would plot on a graph the number of calls/emails/SMSs reminders etc. you've completed. So it will show your vendor the numbers, but not the actual notes.

Another feature that would make Rex so much richer. Our clients need to see how much work goes on behind the scenes and at the moment the vendor reports barely reflect that.

I literally just rang support about this. While it's fine to give vendors "feedback" when it is received, it does not disclose the the vendor the activity you are doing as an agent in trying to get that feedback!!! This is important especially when selling off the plan or vacant land as their will be no OFI's or Private Inspections

Our office totally agrees! We would love to be able to give our vendors much more information including Internet Hits, Activities, History, Marketing/Advertising, Feedback/Inspections etc... At the moment our reports look really bare and rather pathetic. The reps do a lot of work for their vendors and this needs to be reflected in our Listing Activity / Vendor Reports. Thank you :)
