  2. Have more Contract Status such as Hold, Contract Issued, Contract sent to Vendor, Contract Date, Cooling off Expiry date, Unconditional

  3. SMS MUST HAVE . Have available secondary SMS as we do with emails. Both parties could then be conveniently contacted.
