Section in finance mode to add notes re: VPA info etc

The lay out would be under the VPA Tab and could just copy the stream tab like on the main part of the listing page. Or just a little star that can be clicked with a note , similar to posit notes or comment sections like in MS Word or Excel. The agents often complain that there is no story line to keep things upto for there VPA

Adding this notes section or similar section like a stream or notes area that just relates to VPA, where our agents and PA can write things to keep track of different credits and or refunds due would be so helpful.
