Step-through for filtered lists
It would be really useful to be able to generate a filtered list, then apply a step through type overlay to work through the individual records of the list. This will make it so much easier to generate call lists and work through them directly from REX, and then update individual records one by one.

I'm not sure if I'm thinking exactly what Malcolm is thinking but when I'm doing my tele off a filtered list, updating contact details (adding a note, phone number, email address) my main gripe is having to open another window for the attached contact instead of being able to do that within the same screen. Secondary phone numbers are not visible with the flyout either. I'd love to have an editable 'Current owner' table with their contact details pulled in which could sit above or below the 'Key Details | More Info | ...' table.

The advantage of the step through is that it provides a "bookmark" for the current record you are working on. This means you can view other records related to the current record and then easily return to your subject record and complete your entries. When you rely on navigating between records, you have to refresh your list each time you access a related record not on in you look up (very time consuming). Hope this clarifies this.

Hi Malcolm (and everyone else that voted on the suggestion), we’re interested in looking into this a bit further.
Could you clarify for us and other users how this is different to performing the search, entering record view and then just navigating between the records in record view?
