    Hi, has any further review been given to this feature - to customise the view would allow the system to be more user friendly to both agents and admin staff - it is like a stocklist on screen whether it be appraisals, properties, listings, sold or archive properties.
    Agents and staff in sales teams think in terms of vendor names, display price, sold price, listing and selling agent - if we do not remember exactly what we enter the property in the system for it makes it even harder to just sort by address too. The current view and displayed fields in the columns are not used - the only one used is the address and perhaps the modified date but it is not really necessary it is only used to try and sort to find things

    If this customised view could be used across the board with the properties, listing and contact views (obviously with slightly different fields) it would be so beneficial to users. You often forget an actual address or what you entered a name or address in the system as - to see this data in list form would allow you to scroll and find also.

    This is semi complete with a recent release. You can now preview how content will render to a letter (the system will fully render the PDF with letter head etc. if appropriate).

    Sample merge tag data at this stage is still not supported.

    Option 1 would be better. When you add the contract details it should then automatically create that contact if not already in the system and then attach as a related contact (purchaser) once the contract is saved.

    Could it then also link the property as a related property to the purchasers contact record. Currently there is no option when in the contact screen to see the property as related for a purchaser - it is only tenant and owner - present or past.
    It makes it difficult when you are in the contract screen to determine which property the purchaser contact is related to.

    It is great that you can file the email from the dropbox to the contact but often an agent will follow the listing stream for status updates on a deal or just to see what has been actioned on that property - could we have an option to file the email against the property/listing also

    The other option would be to allow the released contract report to have the ability to sort via sold price also in the sort order options
    And then in the sold listings area allow the filter to search via sold price and sold date ranges as well as existing options and then in the report merge allow the sort to be via sold price and the sold price and sold dates to appear on the report instead of the list price

    Some of the reports in the system contain this information but you can't extract all in one or perform the search order.
    Are we able to build custom reports for financial data?

    Could it be possible to be set up for the agents sites that are managed by REX?
