Feedback to Vendors post OFI's:
Hi REX,
It is difficult to add feedback to the vendor reports when making post OFI callbacks.
When we make calls to buyers who have been through our Open Inspections they give valuable feedback that the vendors should be able to view....
When we make calls to buyers who appear in the property feedback section we can add a note to the 'buyers profile' however this note doesn't appear as feedback when we generate a vendor report...
Suggestion: Add a feedback box similar to the note box that appears in the speech bubble when you click on a buyer who has been through an OFI. The text that is inputed into this section should automatically be attached to the particular buyer and then when the agent approves for reporting this should be available for the vendor to view.
It is virtually a 'Post OFI feedback' section.

As mentioned previously in the comments below the initial suggestion is actually available and has been for a few months – when you click on a contact, the popout includes a feedback option (letting you add feedback for a contact without leaving whatever screen you’re on).
You can also add feedback by clicking the main plus button (next to the search bar at the top of the screen) and selecting feedback.
We’ve had another suggestion submitted to us, which we think might interest you and solve the issues you have mentioned below.
Because the initial suggestion has been solved we are going to complete this suggestion, however please feel free to vote and comment on this new suggestion via the link below if you think this might help you further.

Where it says "OFI 1 people through including 'contact name' " should be an option, or at least an option to show when a vendor report is created.

Yes, totally agree, attendees need to be u grouped so that feedback can be entered from each person rather than a summary. Also need to add in later feedback from each client.

The initial suggestion is actually available and has been for a few months - when you click on a contact, the popout includes a feedback option (letting you add feedback for a contact without leaving whatever screen you're on).

We're still considering the further developments posted in the comments below.

Is this idea still being considered, if not it should be. it would be so much more time effective to be able to stay in the same screen under the client and add post inspection notes. not have to jump over to the property and add it under there.

Hi Rex,
Thank you for getting back to us so quickly. I understand how to add feedback from the search bar however I wouldn't say it is quick.
Our situation is: Post OFI's we make calls to everyone who has been through our properties over the weekend. When we make these calls we use the very useful feature of REX where the buyers are attached to the property via the OFI report which automatically portals to REX via our VA system. After these calls we like to give the vendors a detailed report of feedback, with buyer comments ect...
Adding feedback through the REX feedback section is not quick or easy and does not gel with the OFI report that is automatically generated from our VA. We currently use an external app for our post inspection reports, but it would be easier if it all came from the same provider.
The current OFI report groups together the buyers who came through a particular inspection, ideally it would be fantastic if we could simply add feedback to the individual contact when making our post inspection calls, then approve once the additional feedback is attached for the vendor to view.

Thanks for raising this with us.
You would add this sort of feedback to the listing in the feedback section, the same way you add feedback and enquiries at the moment.
This will also attach to the contact and you can approve for reporting.
A quick way of adding the feed back is to perform from the Search bar at the top.
If you are unsure just contact our support team and they will explain in further detail.

I believe this is a great idea as it would streamline the process and enable the team to stay in Rex and work more efficiently in the database
