Financial Reports
We need the ability to have a sales report that shows within a specified date range
- All new deals (contracts)
- Deposits taken
- Exchanged (unconditional) properties
- Settled (released) properties
The report needs to show totals of sale prices and commission as well as the listing and selling agent initials.
The report should also move the property to its applicable area so it only appears once in the stage it is in (whatever its latest status is within the date range)
There also needs to be on the pending settlement report an area that shows the amount of deposit held for each property so an agency knows which properties they need to protect commissions for.
As mentioned below, these are available as separate reports.
Please contact our support team if you require help with finding the appropriate reports.
if you have any additional suggestions, please don’t hesitate to send them through.

Hi,
I can see by the above that you have declined this suggestion, I understand that REX has multiple reports that you can extract data but they are not user friendly. A combined report should be available regardless of the status of the contract. At the moment having to generate multiple reports is not practical and can lead to items being missed. Is there any chance of your developers reconsidering this?

Thanks for the comment,
As we mentioned below, these are available as separate reports.
Also with your other requests, as they are separate, it would pay to create a new suggestion.
Thanks again!

this shouldnt need to be asked for it should be a report already provided. Also an agent should be able to run a report on what sales they have been involved in throughout the year. Plus the possibility of being able to run a report to show comission per sale sale

Thanks for your suggestion!
All of these reports are currently available as individual Reports in Rex.
Could you please confirm whether you are suggesting that all of these reports be consolidated into the one report?
