Ranked Reminders Hot / Warm / Cold
Are we able to rank Hot/Warm/Cold reminders within the dashboard to help prioritise the work flow
We’re happy to announce this suggestion has been brought to life by our developers and is now live in the system.

I would "Rank by Contact Interest”.
2 reason why: (in my humble opinion)
-reminder would rank in real time based on contacts interest. if it was by reminder importance, what if that changes before the reminder pops up (ie. its importance may lesson over time)-having to add in reminder importance just creates more unnecessary data entry

Rank by Contact Interest

Hey guys,
Are you looking to rank your reminders as hot / warm / cold or are you looking for them to be ranked based on the opportunity they are attached to?
E.g. if attached to a contact that is hot, the reminders will all be characterised as hot.
If you can please respond in the comment section of this suggestion, with either “Rank by Contact Interest” or “Rank by Reminder Importance” that would be helpful.

YEP - I agree. This is basic time management 101. Any task (reminder) should have a priority on it. Real estate seems to use 'hot, warm, cold', but when it comes to reminders, they are really high priority, medium priority and low priority. My admin staff can have 20 tasks to do in a morning, and none of them relate to a buyer or seller. They are just reminders (tasks). I would love to be able to put a priority on a reminder.

Give reminders different levels of urgency or importance eg cool warm hot.
With some reminders it doesn't matter if I respond on the date I have specified while for others a responding on the right day is essential.
I would like to be able to flag the HOT or ESSENTIAL reminders to stand out.

This is an amazing idea. We wake up and come to the database and there are 60 reminders. We know we can only get through 40 in the day. We need to know the 40 most important tasks to make sure they are completed first.
If there was an option to be able to grade the reminders (when setting them) as low, med, high or hot warm, cold etc. Then when you are deciding what reminder to action next you can action the highest prioritized reminder first. THIS IS A MUST for true databasers.

Hey guys just to clarify, are we talking about setting importance levels for reminders or showing the contact interest levels on the reminders?
In terms of "custom types" for reminders. Might be worth a separate uservoice, but on that topic - would it be sufficient to allow custom sub types (or maybe categories) i.e. it's a contract follow up "PHONE CALL"?

I think this is a great idea, and imagine that it would be something fairly simple to implement. I also think we should keep it simple, and just allow us to filter the reminders list by the contact's "interest level". An added bonus, and a nice touch would be the visual element suggested by Grant with the colored dot beside the reminder as well.

For my vote it was about being able to rank, or group reminders together. A step further on this would be able to add customisable reminder types which would then allow people to choose a reminder type rather than just a ranking, such as "Buyer Follow Up" or "Prospecting Calls" or "Contract Settlement Follow Up". In this way, we could, as business owners or agents, help to group our workflow. As I might want to call prospective sellers or past clients or buyer's that I'm following up, yet they are all bunched together under Calls...so it's difficult to build consistency in your work day when you can't group similar activities together. Grant, am I on the right track?

Hello Rex Software,
It is really both.
-You would put a colour dot next to dashboard reminder
&
-Add in a "Filter By.... Hot/Warm/Cold" setting on dashboard (just like filter by... phone calls). That would put all Hot leads to the top.
