Re-introduction of 'Under Contract' Banner on property photo
This will enable faster processing of incoming phone calls. Without the banner it is necessary to go into the legal tab and establish if a contract has been signed on a listing.

Hi there,
This is now live in Rex.
You will see an overlay on a listing, showing that it is Under Contract.

Hi, This was planned a year ago...is there an ETA expected??
This is extremely important for users to see what properties are under contract. We see new listings, sold and withdrawn properties but you are missing a key step in the process. -
