Setting reminders default to show all outstanding tasks not just todays tasks
Can we change this default setting to ensure all overdue and current reminders are present in the agent dashboard? It makes no sense to have outstanding reminders hidden as they still need to be actioned and it creates a situation where tasks are getting missed. I can see from the above request search there have been multiple users bring this issue up and the idea has always been rejected. It makes no sense at all to ignore overdue reminders, what is the point of reminders at all if you only see what is due on a given day not what is still outstanding.

This is now available as part of our Simplify contract management in Rex release. You can save your view and load it as your default.
