Ability to send custom automatic replies to email enquiries/leads from REA, Domain etc
We would like to be able to set up custom automatic replies for each listing to be sent to email enquiries/leads from online portals. During busier periods we find it hard to keep up with all the property enquiries and this would ensure everyone gets a helpful response from us instantly and then from there we can also call later on certain people who have provided a number and we would like to speak to as well as people who have asked a more specific question that wasn't answered in the automatic reply. The automatic reply is more for the 99% of people who ask for more info on price.
We would need to be able to update the automatic replies easily too to include changes to price etc.
In summary, it would save a lot of time and look more professional as we would get back to everyone instantly.
We released the leads autoresponder in 2022 which allows you to automatically respond to all enquiries from within the CRM. This is supported by customisable templates which let you include as much about the listing as you like.

Our previous integration with IRE had done this and it was brilliant. We're finding that processing leads in REX takes 3 times longer than in our previous system as we can't easy email the lead AND add them to the feedback section. It should be more streamlined.

This is a much needed feature as we could provide the buyer with more information automatically at any time of day instead of them waiting for someone to get back to them. Then when we follow up they have had time to look at the information provided to them via email or SMS and we can hopefully get straight onto booking them to inspect.
