To add additional conditions to a contract (like building and pest), edit the contract and at the bottom of the window you can add conditions.
Then, when updating the status of a contract, you will be able to check off these conditions on the right along with the deposit and finance conditions.

Yeah but with the conditions that have been created by Rex in the Contract (i.e. Finance, Unconditional, initial deposit etc) you can merge those tags into letter/email templates. You can't merge custom conditions into email/letter templates.
When sending a letter to a buyer/seller advising them of the key due dates, conditions like building & pest, balance deposit, balance deposit due date etc have to be manually entered into the letter which causes human error. Would be great if these standard conditions could be added, or if they could be made so you can merge them into a letter/email.

This feature is really needed, especially because when you have to create a custom condition/task for these additional conditions (balance deposit/Building & pest/ Initial deposit due date), you are then unable to have those conditions as merge tags for email/letter templates. B&P and balance deposits are standard conditions of qld contracts and should be included in rex.

Definitely need additional boxes that relate to most contracts nationally.
Finance Date - Financier is not require this is often not known
Initial Deposit amount and due date
