Record time that notes are made
Currently, Rex only records the date you've entered a note, it would be good if a time stamp was also recorded.

Sometimes, often in my case, I enter notes at a time after the note refers to. I would like to be able to manually select the actual date and time that relates to the note, rather than the timestamp of when the note is entered, as we do with Feedback,
