Administrators can open more than 1 calendar across a screen already - we do it through our outlook calendars. We have imported the iCal to do this for each agent.
Obviously you still need to go back into REX to make any amendments/changes thought.

Point 11 is what we are after. Our receptionist would love to know who is busy and what appointments are booked for each of our clients.
It would be of great assistance if they could have all agents visible on one calendar or select the desired calendars to be shown.

We're just new to Rex and would GREATLY appreciate the above original suggestion as well as the comments below as the Rex calendar has a surprising low functionality. It would be ideal to add reminders, invite contacts and have colour coding and reminders etc just like the general funcitonality of most CRM calendars out there. Please get this on your 'to-do' list as it would save your users SO much time in duplicating entries! Thanks

An option to add an Enquiry Feedback to new appointments is urgently needed for better time management. Currently when a new enquiry comes in that wants to see a property we have to make three different entries for it to be complete in the Rex system. eg. Once in Reminders/Appointment so we can see the appointment in the calendar, second in the enquiry Feedback to show the number of enquiries and comments on the vendor report, third time the inspection Feedback to show the number of inspections and their comments on the vendor report also. Double/triple data entry is not convenient and is not good practice for time management.

Yes! This would be fantastic, especially if you are on the run and quickly trying to schedule an appointment. A simple double click in a time to schedule an appointment would be fantastic!

We would love to have the colour coding in the sales team calendar so we know if they are at a buying appointment or a listing appointment. It will make looking at the the calendar much easier too.

This would be really good if we could have the appointments colour coded as listed above. This is something that the Pittard Training Group instil .

We already do this. We have created a contact for the staff member and then they can go into the contact (for themselves) and add appointments - this way they run everything through their rex calendar.

Ability to set reminders/tasks for general work that aren't related to a property, listing or contact, so that admin staff can simply log all of their reminders of what they need to do for the day or week within the REX reminder function rather than using multiple methods of tracking all of their daily tasks.

Being able to get email notifications and reminders for tasks would be extremely useful.

Hi REX - we think your calendar is great, but it's very hard to glance at it and see if you have buying, listing or price reduction appt. Would it be possible for the appointments to be colour coded eg;

Listing appointment in Yellow
Buying appointment or open home in orange
Price Reduction appointment in green
like the highlighter colours?

We think this would be a great idea - if you could link to the property and contact at the same time.
Also having a drop down box to colour code the appointment eg yellow for a listing appointment; orange for a private buying inspection/or open home; and green for a price reduction.....

It seems that we are unable to enter calendar appointments directly from the calendar page. It would be a lot easier if we were able to create appointments etc in the calendar and then attach the property and/or contact through that way as then you are able to see the rest of your schedule also :)
