    Is it possible to have a custom option where an appraisal is conducted for the purpose of a court order? Perhaps something like a "Financial Position Update" would be suffice? Or even "Other" and then a section to write further details

    It's not really a lost listing or any of the other options in the list, and this will be a more accurate reflection of the work an agent has done when they look at their KPIs.

    This would be a fantastic feature. As an agent grows, so does their team. So for example, some prospecting tracks can be re-assigned to a PA, VA or something similar. Manually having to do this is a painful task, especially if the agent is established and the volume of work is high.
    In other software you can re-assign by specific task, not just the two trail.
