Sales Person Ledger
A Sales Persons Ledger - one were we can keep track of commissions payable to them at settlement and payments made to them. Similar to the VPA Ledger? Previously when I settled properties in E2 a sales persons commission would automatically be applied to their ledger then I could record when they had been paid for these and other expenses related to them could be applied

Selena - you can achieve what you're after with the agent ledger functionality. Register for the webinar where it will be covered in more detail.

Our agency pays the salespersons a referral fee of one weeks rent if they refer a property to the property management department, we are unable to add this fee into a salesperson statement on Rex. Most agencies I would think pay a referral fee so this feature would be an added bonus.

yeah like a debit credit ledger, we had that in e2 we now use a spreadsheet in excel to track our debit/credits and actually works quite well less double data entry for us

Create Salesperson Ledger so that you can add credits/debits to salespeople's accounts. This makes it easier to manage salespeople's commission payments, wages, deductions etc. It is in one location which is easy to access and view. A report will also need to be created that showcases their balances by date selection.
